Race 1 – No. 1  Nando’s Thunder

Veteran of the field who has a great record in red and is capable of pinging the lids. Back down in grade and can make amends for recent luckless efforts.

Race 4 – No. 5  Pixie Monelli

Posted a career best 29.77 over the 520m at headquarters last start from a worse draw than this. She does make her Mandurah debut but looks too smart for these.

Race 10 – No. 3  Shinboner Pride

Getting right down in the grades now and did well to hang onto 3rd last start when finding plenty of trouble in running. Big chance of topping the podium.

Race 8 – No. 7 Universal Gas

Racing well without winning with a hat trick of 3rds in quick time from similar draws, all behind BROOKTON BOMBER (1). Won’t take long to win one so keep following.

Race 2 – No. 6  Sandman Monelli

A long way up in grade but he only needs to replicate Mondays run when exploding from the lids to go all the way in a slick 29.63 from this very draw. Must be kept very safe.

Race 4 – No. 6  Mermaid Monelli

Explosive beginner who has been on a rampage at Mandurah in recent weeks, winning 4 of her past 6 in the Peel region, all in blazing times. Will take plenty of catching if she lands in front here.

Race 5 – No. 5  Starlight Yoyo

The class runner who has finished on the podium in 21 of 32 over this trip and while she doesn’t have the best strike rate in yellow, if she lands anywhere in the top half of the field, she will be hard to hold out late.

Race 3 – No. 2  Fantastic Bronx

Improving with each run in WA and is rising up to a more suitable distance again. Aided by another favourable draw and should give plenty of cheek.
