Race 3 – No. 1  Botanica

Has shown early zip over both the longer 520m here at headquarters and last start over 405m at Mandurah when looking in need of the run. Right down in distance and drawn favourably. Can take catching with another slick getaway.

Race 5 – No. 2  Holly Keeping

Nabbed late when leading most of the way from a similar draw last start when dropping back to Grade 6 company. Up half a grade here but another good jump should see her fighting out the finish again.

Race 6 – No. 7  Aston Casino

Has had no luck so far in two local runs but went mighty close last start when beaten a nose from this draw. Overdue for things to go his way and he will be hard to beat this time if he keeps out of trouble.
