Race 1

LADY CAMEL (6) finished off strongly at her return run and has always shown ability since starting her career, she looks set to have a good campaign and looms as the hardest to beat here. ALTA MAGUIRE (1) had no luck in his last run, closed off well and is ideally drawn, expected to improve his figure form. FUNKY MUSIC (3) won well last time out and is starting to put it together. STELLAR EDITION (8) will be getting home strongly and maps to get a good run. MORE THAN HONOURED (4) can improve, has had excuses. NUCLEAR CRUISER (9) was strong when winning but looks a novelty chance at best here.

Suggested Bet: LADY CAMEL (6) to win.

Race 2

FOLLOW MY STRIDE (8) has been racing well and drops into a nice grade of race, she was unlucky last run and I am expecting her to be powering home strongly, hopefully an each way price here. LETS ROCK TONIGHT (9) is a horse who can do some work and this is a suitable grade, one of the major players. RISING SPIRIT (6) is nearing a win and can do some work in this grade. EXTINCTION (1) mixing form but looks a novelty chance. GHOSTWRITER (2) can improve here and is a novelty hope with STELLA MAJOR (7)

Tips: 8 9 6 1

Suggested Bet: FOLLOW MY STRIDE (8) each way.

Race 3

ALTA FREEWAY (4) is in top form since returning and looks incredibly hard to beat here, last run was the best of the campaign. ON THE BACK FOOT (8) can get a good run through and should run a solid race. JAMIE KIM (2) looks the early leader and looks a novelty chance. BALINGUP BOY (6) will be running on strongly but will have to come from the back of the field. MAJOR JAY (7) needs some luck from the draw.

Tips: 4 8 2 6

Suggested Bet: ALTA FREEWAY (4) to win.

Race 4

ZARA TINDALL (3) returns and has plenty of talent, has the draw advantage and looks to be too classy for rivals here. GOLD HORSESHOE (10) will be suited dropping back to this grade and can be put into the event and looks a top 3 chance. ARMA WARRIOR (1) has the draw to lead early and looks a good place chance for an in form stable. CLASSNSMART (5) can do some work and races well for Shannon Suvaljko, place chance. SUNDANCER RAINBOW (8) will be getting home strongly and is racing well. TUX AND TAILS (9) can do some work in his races and suited to this grade. RAMBO RABBIT (7) was outstanding in a recent trial, consider in your novelties.

Suggested Bet: ARMA WARRIOR (1) to place.

Race 5

Could be a bit happening early here with the 1 and the 3 trying to vie for the early lead. SUGAR SHAKE (1) was a Friday night winner and has good early speed, looks hard to beat if he can hold up. RUNNINGONEMPTY (3) is a very quick beginner who is fitter for his first up win, if he can cross he is most likely to win but the start is key. REBLINE (7) could be the beneficiary of the early speed and follows speed well, will be powering home. THE BEAUDSTER (4) is racing well, he won’t be far away. OUR VINNIE (5) needs to improve on his first up run in the state.

Suggested Bet: REBLINE (7) each way.

Race 6

MAJOR BLUE EYES (4) looks well placed and hard to beat here, the big horse has some strings to his bow and will be in the thick of it again. SHOAL BAY (3) is improving and has the draw advantage, expecting him to be a threat. REGIMENTAL STAR (5) can do some work in the race and stick on well. INTERNAL WAVES (2) has ability and can improve from the draw.

Tips: 4 3 5 2

Suggested Bet: MAJOR BLUE EYES (4) to win.

Race 7 

BULL SHARK BETTY (6) is coming into this race fresh but she has above average ability for the 2yo fillies and am expecting her to go very close here. RUIA (5) was a bit rocky last time out, she has good ability and looks to try and use the advantage but needs to lift on that last run. CASSINI BELLE (3) has good early speed and looks a novelty chance. HOT HAND HORROR (2) will run well here being second up, novelty hope in this grade along with SHES ALL GO (1) who is capable from the good draw.

Suggested Bet: BULL SHARK BETTY (6) to win.
