CANNINGTON

Race 3 No. 6 Litchfield and No. 7 Because of You

The 6 is only getting one more chance because this is weak and it’s Cannington. Doesn’t win often but she can’t be backed again if she doesn’t beat these. The 7 was good at the odds last week for us and he can slide over again and give another sight. Don’t dismiss. 

Race 5 No. 1 Dusty Deluxe

Promising and boxed to give a sight here. Can go fast after box rise and if he settles forward he will be there when some of these struggle in the run home. 

Race 6 No. 3 Fortified Mack

Did not run the trip out strongly when stepping up last time and back over this trip will see her go better against these. Only needs to land in a spot at the first turn and she will take some stopping here. She is very good and can win. 

Race 7 No. 5 Beach Monelli 

She is going alright this dog and if she steps her best she will offset the box and give this a shake. Ran 4th last week but she got home better than Fawn Roller so her run was super really. Don’t disregard. 

Race 8 No. 2 Wooden Hands

Boxed to get the right run here and a freshen up and step back in trip all in his favour. Racing superbly against good dogs and he will get into his work up the back where he sustains the run home. Hard to hold out here. 

Race 12 No. 4 Big Kahuna 

Ran into a 4 legged bolt of lightning last week. Beaten a fair way but he is still capable of running good time for this grade and will go fast early here. If he gets the arm he gets the win. 

WENTWORTH PARK

Race 2 No. 8 Angel Glow

Still racing well for Masters company and can zip across here and get a winning spot early. Runs time and sticks on well. Can handle the draw. 

Race 3 No. 4 Here Comes Buddy

Giving him one more go with a drop in company here. Slightly disappointing in tough conditions and hard race last time and he’s better than that. A clear run will see him run home hard here. 

Race 8 No. 4 Nelly Intention 

She is a silly price. Has raced some very good dogs recently and while she was beaten convincingly, she is still capable of getting over this field if she can get into up the back. Grade drop everything here and just needs to offset the draw.
