Getting stronger and will give these a bit to catch if he gets away again like last time. Top 2 play. Race 7 No. 5 Blackwood Blue and No. 4 Born a Star The bolter of the night here in box 5. Drops over to the fence and gets a run through here and he’s far from hopeless when he’s close. There will be trouble into the back if the inside division step their best. The 4 is a good save here and she can step on occasion. If she finds the top they won’t catch her but the 5 is a silly quote here and the main EW go. Race 8 No. 4 Howard Hook and No. 6 Because Of You The 4 has a cricket pitch on these in ability. Actually he has two. He does have box issues and takes a bit to get into gear. Once he does and if he obtains a clear run, these are all on borrowed time in the run home. He will need to sort his early game out though. The 6 comes back off a few Northam runs and that could be telling. Will go quick it out wide and give a sight if he finds the top. Save EW there. Race 10 No. 5 Amy Belle Coming off a let up. She actually has a good record track and trip here and can sprint well fresh. She can lead or come from back and only needs to offset the tricky draw to be a force here. Good EW chance. WENTWORTH PARK Race 5 No. 3 Nando Banner Fell short by the barest of margins last week when just missing behind Cartel Model. Hits the frame here half the time and will make good ground along the fence again. Can get a low 30 out. Best hope here for a while. Race 6 No. 7 Zipping Mercedes Big run behind a good dog last start. Rarely out of the money here and these will struggle to hold her off if she’s close up the back this time. Great EW quote and can storm into this on a place heavy basis. Race 7 No. 8 Cawbourne Roses and No. 2 Springview Bust The 8 has put in 2 very unlucky efforts since resuming. Has had no room at all at vital times and will again look to run into this late and hit the dais. Place heavy go. The 2 will dash up and go fast here. Great record here, perfectly drawn and will look the winner if he steps which he usually does. Save there. Market Market
