Harry Buchanan’s Wednesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on April 10, 2024April 10, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 3 No. 4 Quick Lands Tardy early and disappointed with no interest last week but he’s better than that and gets one more go to get into it sooner. Finishes off well and it’s not a deep race so must produce something here and will be at odds to do it. Nothing silly but worth a small spec. Race 4 No. 5 Must Be Speedy Showed good muster last week over the 520 but didn’t sustain it through the back once he found the top. The step back to 380m a plus and will again look to go to the arm here. Harder to catch this time if he finds it. Race 5 No. 4 Speed Lee and No. 5 Toad The big maiden final. The 4 stunned last week when she speared out for an all the way win. Unlike her usual traits so she will have got a lot of confidence from that. Well boxed to figure here. The 5 was also good and he has promised a bit now for some time. Capable on or off the arm and will threaten with any early luck here. Race 7 No. 1 Stylish In Black Back to where she wants to be. Can be the first dog behind the lonely leader in box 2 and she continues to thrive over this trip with super runs. Will threaten with a clean getaway. Race 9 No. 1 Arbolino Another one who has his box here and he will take no end of stopping this time. Took ground off the kennel mate last week after an early check and gets an all time map here. The one to beat. Race 10 No. 8 Aussie Trickster Gee she lacked some zest last week out of the boxes and subsequently wasn’t able to come on from the back section. Looking for that trademark step and spear across to the arm then we will see her best. Needs to lead to win however so we want double figures. Race 11 No. 1 Fizzy Chrissy Best dog in the race and while it can be argued she is better outside, she has box manners that should put her on the arm here and quickly. She shouldn’t waste too much time wanting to move up the track and if she holds up early here it will be check and mate. THE MEADOWS Race 6 No. 1 Underway and No. 4 Rev Rose Race 10 No. 5 Shayna Bale Race 11 No. 2 Microscopic Market Market
