Harry Buchanan’s Tuesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on April 2, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 1 All About Opal and No. 4 Another James Several handy maidens here in this. The 1 will go fast and she is close to the breakthrough. Run into a few handy ones lately including Jimmy’s Jet and gets her chance now. The 4 was unlucky at his first run last week. Went fast and tried to lead before checked out of it. Will go better here and could lead. Race 5 No. 8 Sunset Nightjar and No. 6 Danny Heffernan The 8 will use his speed to muster up fast here and he will go close to crossing and leading. Hard to catch if he gets the arm. The 6 is resuming but he’s got talent and could go well fresh. Hits the line well and will be a price. EW spec for him. Race 6 No. 2 Who Told Tuff and No. 6 Leclerc The 2 gets a great map here. A slew of wide runners with speed will see him get his chance. Expect improvement here. The 6 will be best served by missing the start. He can then go across to the fence and take inside runs. He’s strong home over this distance. EW at least for him. Race 7 No. 1 Prime Billie and No. 4 Stranger Within A couple at odds here. The 1 is under rated and could dart up along the fence into a prominent spot. Has delivered knockout blows before against hardly opposition. Boxes to get that chance again. The 4 goes best on the arm. He will muster up if he steps well and hard to catch over this trip. Needs to lead to win but can do that here if he hops out well. Race 8 No. 3 Max’s Odyssey and No. 8 Lil Bit Sour Enormous winning effort from the 3 last start. Made a strong sustained run to score over dogs running good time up front. If he can step well here, he’s a great EW bet. The 8 drops a sharp early section and while her best work is done from inside boxes, she has good early burn and will go close to crossing this lot. Hard to catch then running 22.3 or so. Race 9 No. 3 Jumpin’ Jules and No. 4 Sunset Pacquiao The 3 is definitely looking for longer now but she can still figure in this with her good step and wide runners outside. She sticks on strongly when untouched and will give a great sight in this. The 4 has a stack of ability and while he can be a little awkward, he is awfully hard to stop when he gets room to operate. If he gets dragged over with the 3 he will take some holding out late. Race 10 No. 8 Lip Tricks Big run last Friday and while she runs a lot of placings, she can get the job done if she lands close enough. Made up tremendous ground from the back getting a fence run and will again make her presence felt if she gets clear room. Market Market
