Harry Buchanan’s Tuesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on September 12, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 6 No. 7 Pea Pettigrew He isn’t that good, but these are still behind him and he has no excuses left here. He’s better than these if he turns up, and that’s a fair if, but in saying that, half of his best probably wins this. Box won’t matter here. If he can’t beat these, he can’t be tipped again. If he finds the top he will win. Race 7 No. 3 Left Right Now Seems to take to this 380m trip like a magnet takes to iron. Steps most times from all boxes and has the sprint in his legs even though he is better known over longer. Will again go fast to lead and if he finds the top solo, it’s over. They won’t get him. Race 8 No. 6 Fennec Fox and No. 8 Outstride The 6 will look for a spear over here and she will be the one to catch. Needs a lead as the last bit tests but this isn’t strong. The 8 is well boxed here and he will make a fast run up the back and sustain it to the line. Will look ominous if he’s close. Both solid shows here. Race 9 No. 2 Daughter Of Fun and No. 7 Perfect Kuna The 2 is under rated and she will try for an early arm here. Her best work is when she leads and while she can miss it on occasion, she will get every hope here to lead and win. The smokie of the night. The 7 has a motor and a clear run is all that stands between him and victory. If they let him run, he will punish them accordingly. Obvious threat. Race 11 No. 2 Paua Of Molly and No. 8 West On Gecko The 2 will go better this time at a big price. Could punch up and lead or take over from the red who was frankly lucky to win last week with all trouble behind him. The 2 is far from hopeless here. The 8 is perfectly drawn and he will muster up out wide early. He stays right off the track but if he takes over at any stage, he should hold them from there. Market Market
