Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Tips Posted on March 2, 2023March 10, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 5 No. 7 Wise Merino He’s better than these. His form isn’t on song right now but it’s not that far off what is needed to put these away. Well boxed here and only has to land remotely close to blast these into the wash bay. Best dog, needs to show it. Race 6 No. 3 Nitro Jet Goes fast off the mat and gets his chance here. Can get a track straight in off the 2 early who is a sharp box dog most days. Can put them to the sword quickly if he musters to the arm. Looks well boxed and ready to win. Race 7 No. 7 Harley Monelli Great show here. Racing superbly and her last few have been huge efforts. Has great chase and comes from anywhere. Still getting better and is a monster EW show here at the good odds. Race 10 No. 6 Timmy Timebomb I don’t mind him off the track a little. Needs the better box manners back but is placed to perfection here and if he steps and rushes over, they won’t catch him with a clean arm. Goes low 17s and looks a major chance this time. SANDOWN PARK Race 6 No. 5 Great Guy Just tragic what unfolded last week. Had the race won at least twice only to be ambushed and flattened by dogs mucking around. Steps up the long trip now and has run the 650m at Sale strongly. Serious chance. Race 8 No. 6 Lady Lily Hook and No. 4 Springview Noah The 6 has one almighty engine and while she has been finding trouble, the step up now perfect and will go close here. Can settle up this time. The 4 was flattened first turn over the sprint last week and he’s a smokie here. Goes much better over this distance and can stun. Race 9 No. 2 Andre Bale Got a box now. Will land right there this time and while he has yet to win here, he has placed 4 from 5 so far. Been in some very hard races recently and gets his best chance yet to salute. Race 10 No. 4 Lakeview Ally The best smokie of the night. She can run a race this little girl. Can run time, she is strong and has not had a lot of luck here lately. Box a little sticky but any first turn luck will see her start a solid run home and hard to hold out if clear. Place heavy but she can win. ANGLE PARK Race 3 No. 2 Could Be King and No. 4 Zipping Highland This is simple for mine. Whichever one of these is in front of the other up the back will win. Can’t see the others figuring. The 2 will be a staying weapon later while the 4 is airborne and has good sections in him. Priced to play both here. Race 5 No. 1 See My Future Can lead all the way if she steps her best. Does take a right step at box rise but straightens up quickly and has good muster. If she holds the arm around first turn, they won’t catch her going 30.50 up front. Race 6 No. 5 Undoing Wrong price!! Not a $31 shot. This is a MB final and he won his heat running over half these up the straight to win and goes just as well here. Will drop straight to the fence and look for first turn rails runs and should he secure them, he will get past a lot of these and is at least a place heavy go at the odds. Race 8 No. 4 Fantastic Radley The premier stayer of SA. Outstanding return last start making up many lengths from the back after having a chequered run in transit. Draw is ok and while he won’t lead, he won’t be far off them up the back with a clear run. Quality greyhound who is sprinting superbly and hard to stop this time. Race 10 No. 4 Springvale Rex Dropping back from the 700s but small field and a great top-two play here. Will get plenty of room to get into his work and the few weeks off should see him freshened up and ready sprint well again. Can win but should hit the quinella spot. Race 11 No. 2 Velocity Teller She’s a chance here as outsider of the 5 dog field. Has been racing harder company and while she hasn’t been winning, she hasn’t been far off those better dogs. Well drawn but does need to miss the red early and she can then get into it. EW play. Market Market
