Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Tips Posted on February 9, 2023March 10, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 3 No. 2 Clifton Iyla Back to the fence here and better draw is what is needed. Will drive up quickly and only has to land close first turn to be a force late. Race 5 No. 4 Indy Go Ruby Ran a ripper last start. Box the only concern but she can step and when she does she runs good time. Good record here and will look a threat if she gets the clear run. Race 7 No. 5 Payakaroon Yes he has more tricks than the local magic shop but just as much talent. Gets his chance here with the fence-crasher inside him and can drop some good secretions and overall. Will run a good race this time. Race 11 No. 7 Opie Monelli Well there is usually one graded bird at these meetings and here he is. Drops light years in company and really only needs to step to win. Should he come out on terms and muster up then they will struggle to hold him out. SANDOWN PARK Race 4 No. 7 Bruce’s Ruslie He’s hot and cold this bloke but seems to reserve his best for here and his heat win was very good. Raced right away in good time and can handle a wide draw. Place heavy play here. Race 6 No. 2 Hippogriff Steps up to the distance for the first time and he should get the trip. Loves the fence and when he gets it he goes through the gears quickly. Strong over the middle trip and will be surprised if he doesn’t run this right out. Race 7 No. 5 Hamillson and No. 7 Xenium Bale A couple at odds who can go well. The 5 has a tricky draw but he is very good and was a nice effort last time with no luck. Can muster quickly. The 7 is versatile and while he is a little one paced, there might be trouble here and he will swoop on that. Place heavy for them both and they can hit the frame. Race 8 No. 1 Kai Bale and No. 5 Amron Dan The 1 is flying and has his box. Has a booming middle section up the back and will look threatening here. Shouldn’t miss a place. The 5 will look for a first turn run and he is very strong. Will make the most of any gaps thought back section and run home hard. Race 10 No. 1 Got No Bro He’s ready. Litter brother to Wow She’s Fast and while he doesn’t have her talent, he has enough of his own. A little tardy early but gains momentum and hits the line with gusto and only has to be close here to run over these. EW all day. Race 12 No. 5 Rebel May Road He’s a smoky this old boy. Racing better than it looks and the box is the only thing he has to offset to be competitive. Raced far tougher races his last couple and can surprise EW here. ANGLE PARK Race 1 No. 2 Shae Jinx She will play for first turn luck but she’s drawn to get it. Once she balances up she has good sectionals and can run into a podium spot here. Look for her late. Race 5 No. 2 Spring Flute Monster smokie here. She is going enormous this dog and is boxed to give this a huge shake. Has found even more lately and will sit right up there and attack the line with purpose. If she’s close, she can win. Huge EW show and just needs half an ounce of luck. Race 7 No. 2 Could Be King He’s got a motor most young dogs don’t have. Takes a little bit to get right up to his top but once there he goes through the gears like only good dogs do. Still learning but they are in trouble if he is breathing down their necks at the top. Needs to get into it early. Race 11 No. 1 New Year Tears He’s found a bit lately. Steps quickly but has that regular flat spot in his races only to rally again late. Small field suits and can hit top 2 here and knock this fav off if he gets through the flat spot quickly. Race 12 No. 1 Aston Arena Perfectly drawn and he can settle handy here. Gets the run with the 2 wanting the middle of the track and she can also hopefully hold up the 6 and 7 who carve over here. He doesn’t want to be chasing the 6 but he can hit top-two if he holds that spot early. Market Market
