Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Tips Posted on November 24, 2022March 10, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 7 Early Worm Again came up with the lids the other day and missed it by 10. Given none after that. She is far from hopeless and can give a sight at odds if this start doesn’t become a regular issue. EW hope with a good start. Race 5 No. 8 Fearless One and No. 4 Jasmine Keeping The 8 is going well and expect him to muster up again out here. Made sustained ground last time to just miss on the line. Gets his chance. The 4 is going well but needs to step here. She is close and can deliver the knockout blow if close enough turning. EW go both dogs. Race 8 No. 3 Impress Ledecky Needs to do something here. She’s found her race and right grade and boxed to drive up into a forward spot. A little disappointing last time but is better than that and can get back to her best. Race 11 No. 2 Ultimate Command Dropping back in trip and from a much tougher race last time. Has good box manners and early speed and if he holds the arm here, will take no end of catching against this field. Race 12 No. 8 Paddy Whack and No. 6 Danish Lace The 8 was super last start and just missed. Will descend again here and he’s flying as is the kennel. The 6 is also from the same kennel and if she’s going to spear out and hold the arm, it’s against this lot. Needs to produce those good box manners here. Can win if she does. ANGLE PARK Race 1 No. 6 Fifty Eight and No. 3 Fired Up Finn This is mixed final with all runners coming through Murray Bridge last time to qualify. The 6 can lead here with slow either side of her. She’s much better on the arm and can run time. Silly price. Speaking of which, the 3 is a ridiculous quote for a dog who has found his best form lately. Adept at all distances and versatile. Can stun these if he lands handy early and he can. EW hopes both dogs. Race 3 No. 4 Maestro Luke Going well and gets his chance to land close here. Was good last start but he’s a better dog here even though he was super at Murray Bridge. Can muster quickly and sticks on well. Looking for a 30.8 which will get it done here. Race 5 No. 6 Chair Man and No. 7 Under Siege The 6 steps up in trip and you will see why after his last start vomitron at Gawler. Screaming for this distance and a clear run will see this field struggle to stop him. Watch the 7 here. She is capable and will get over if she steps and can reel off big run homes. Big price and can figure. Race 6 No. 1 Jezzali and No. 5 Shakira Blaze The 1 looks ready after the last run. Beaten by a good one but kept coming to the line and can land handy here. Will be there at the end. The 5 will be a huge price but she is progressive and is strong. She’s getting better and there isn’t a lot of last section depth in this. Watch for her late. Race 7 No. 7 Emerley Spicy Stunned she is $7 and will give this a mighty shake. Trainer has done a tremendous job with the team and this girl is going enormous. She will dart out and go quickly to the first turn and sticks on all day. Will be in the finish with any luck. Race 8 No. 8 Finniss Whisper and No. 4 Machismo The 2022 Brian Johnstone at Group 3 level. We have a boil over here if the map plays its part. Three runners for Tugwell/Harris kennel and it’s their outsider in 8 who can stun these. Perfect draw, has a 5.19 early and has gone 30.69. Tracks the good beginning 7 over who tires in the run home and with clear air up the back, can shake the life out of this. The 4 will look for the fence early and he was superb last week. He is one of few in this breed that does chase with purpose and he displayed that last week. If he’s chiming in he can figure in the finish. Of the rest, the 3 is hard to stop if he keeps the arm and he can run time. 5 yet to win at the track and needs to find a little bit more while the 6 would need a lead and trouble behind to hold on which may be and issue with the speed outside. The 1 timed his heat run right but runs a lot of placings and never again for the 2 after he put the brakes on first turn last week. Both dogs run their races in patches and there is a reason for that so tread warily there if keen. Race 10 No. 5 Mr Ticket Looks the best here. Has superior muster and reels off superb sections and has class on these. If he finds the top early, it should be check and mate. Looks his race and no excuse if he leads. Race 11 No. 4 Zipping Chew Coming off a let up and will sprint well fresh. The only run home type in this where most want the arm. A clear run up the back and it’s only fitness in his way from there. Has gone well off a let up before. Market Market
