Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on April 11, 2024April 11, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 7 Charlie’s Harley and No. 8 Princess Mae Looking for the 7 to spear and lead here. Good win two back then solid effort last week in a harder race. The 8 will also cop the drag over and she is close to a win. They both go fast early and will give a sight but keen on 7 mainly.. Race 5 No. 3 Clifton Iyla and No. 5 Burner Flash The 3 will be a blowout but she steps fast and with the short run to the first turn, she could hold the arm and get away. Will be a huge quote and rightly so but small spec EW. The 5 will descend late if he offsets the box here. Consistent and goes well here and he’s ready to win. Race 6 No. 1 Shy Emoji and No. 3 Clifton Matilda The 1 gets an all time map with a very wide runner outside her. Lacks a little dash but gets space to hold up closer here and strong home. The one to beat. The 3 will rocket out but she does lack muster so she needs to clear the 2 early and hope for some trouble while she gets through that flat spot. Capable and could surprise. Race 10 No. 4 Gypsy Rumba and No. 8 Litchfield The 4 had no luck early last week. Knocked around and still did well to finish where she did. A better step sees her hard to stop this time. The 8 could rush up out wide and if she was to get over, nothing will get past her in the run home. Start critical for her. Race 11 No. 4 Rethink It and No. 8 Scientist The 4 will look for the arm here and while she can get a little wide, she is very good in front and not easy to mow down. The 8 continues to race well and can handle the box here. Ultra consistent and will move into this quickly and stick right on. Race 12 No. 1 Royal Fun and No. 7 Big Girl Velma The 1 is the best smokie of the night. Will come out quickly here and if she holds the arm before they hit the first turn, I doubt they will get her and she will stun this lot. If not, the 7 just needs a clear run to figure here. Box manners hurting her but track will suit this time and so will the company. Could run over these. SANDOWN PARK Race 1 No. 1 Flying Dinar Boxes to repeat last week. Very hard to stop and promising. Race 2 No. 3 Dundee Lexi Steps up to the middle trip. Desperate for this trip and rails well. Will keep finding now with the extra distance. Race 6 No. 3 Stella Girl Seasoned stayer and small field suits in a race of suspect 700m dogs. Will be there at the end. Race 7 No. 5 Voice of Thunder and No. 7 Mepunga Loaf The 5 was super last week. Steps fast again here and stays on the whole trip. The 7 now stepping up in journey and that’s what he needs. Will be strong home. Race 10 No. 7 Whodat Shanlyn Tragedy what happened last week. Went from winning to running 4th. Has an almighty run home with that huge motor. Wins with a clear run.
