Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on March 7, 2024March 7, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 3 Buddy’s Mate Strong chance here off his best step. Good winner two back in nice time and will be hard to stop if he gets an immediate spot early. Race 7 No. 1 Henry Keeping Still got plenty to offer the old boy. Box perfect and he’s stepping like always and will be a threat from the get go. Don’t dismiss him here. Race 8 No. 6 Stay Amused and No. 4 Buster Moon The 6 ran a big race last week at a huge quote. If anything, this is slightly easier and she has speed. Ready to do something. The 4 will be a monster quote but he’s worth a small spec here. Needs to get up there early but will stick on through the middle and late if he does. Rough hope EW. Race 10 No. 8 Esperance Ace and No. 7 Apollo Fun The 8 is boxed to win. Loves it out wide and should be able to sweep around here and put these away. No excuses this time. The 7 will run a sneaky race if he shows early speed which he can. Has talent and while he hasn’t shown it for a while, this a race he can get back into form in at odds. SANDOWN PARK Race 2 No. 4 Bun Tornado Very promising and outstanding win last week at the Meadows. Only has to adapt to this circuit first up to be awfully hard to stop. Race 4 No. 6 Ethanol Water and No. 5 Vincent Bale The 6 was dynamite last Sunday here. 29.28 after doing a little work into the back. Best dog in the race and clear run wins. The 5 was big from the back on Sunday as well. Didn’t run time but went about it strongly and is improving. Keep in mind EW. Race 5 No. 4 Binny Doo Place heavy go again here after a good effort behind a very promising type last week. Works his way through and can settle somewhat forward enough here. Bit of speed in this will also help his cause. Race 7 No. 6 Dotty’s Gift and No. 3 Ethanol Extra The 6 is looking for this trip now. Spears out but lacks dash to go with it so corner starts and more ground all ticks. Can lead throughout here. The 3 is also capable and can step well. Some good runs lately put her right in the mix here and don’t dismiss her now. Race 9 No. 7 Ethanol Volume The Volume out where he wants to be here where he will let it all unfold before making his trademark middle track surge home. Been racing far tougher company and they will all be looking over their shoulder for this bloke who will descend at a rate of knots. Race 10 No. 7 Underway Super win last week not giving up at all and nailing the victory right on the line. Getting better with each outing and can handle the wide draw. EW prospect yet again. Race 11 No. 7 Cabao Kyanite and No. 4 Fighting Boxer The 7 was a good winner at the Meadows last Saturday off a wide draw and looks threatening yet again here. Can lead or come from off them and a leading hope here. The 4 will be a price but his runs have not been that bad recently. Will work home ok and could get past a few of these for an EW show. Race 12 No. 1 Might Hercules Boxed to get his best chance in some time. His run was surprisingly good last week and there is a chance he holds up here and leads. That would make things interesting and he’s worth a throw at the stumps in this. Market Market
