Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on February 15, 2024February 15, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 4 No. 1 Gray Grey and No. 4 Sunset Pacqiuao The 1 gets her chance again off the box. Won the last time she drew red and did it in fast time. The 4 the clear danger. Only has to offset the box and he’s right in this. Has some good 400m wins here and can figure. Race 6 No. 6 Stylish In Black and No. 5 Clifton Iyla The 6 is an EW chance here. Her form is not encouraging but she is better than that and could surprise in this easier affair. The 5 is know for longer trips but she might sneak a frame spot here with a little luck. Good beginner who lacks pace but comes again. Small spec EW. Race 7 No. 4 Turtle Fernando and No. 7 Rex Hunter A race that has trouble all over it. The turtle in 4 will hop over to the fence and make his way under them and run home well. Hits the frame with fence runs appearing. The 7 will look to spear across. Comes out of the Dash final and has a touch of class. Fast dog if he gets that arm. Race 9 No. 5 Spooky Hook and No. 8 Bluey Brann The 5 is going superb. Good young dog who continues to do everything right and has a fast early section. Hard to stop again. The 8 won well last time and he’s getting better in WA. Box suits and will present out wide at some stage. Dont dismiss. Race 10 No. 1 Redshift Hotel Boxes to give this a huge shake. Goes fast once he hits the ground and finally draws his box. Super record off the inside and will look to drive up quickly and lead here. Will be very hard to catch if he does. Race 12 No. 4 Sunset Bubbles Hers to lose. Good box dog who should just step and go here. Rarely misses the kick and goes low 17 and that’s winning this if she gets the arm early. Looks the one to take us out. SANDOWN PARK Race 2 No. 2 Shayna Bale Tremendous win last start when showing tenacity to drive up the middle and get into a spot where she just kept finding to score. One these promising Droopys Sydney pups and she’s boxed to go close once again. Race 3 No. 6 Oregon Durrant and No. 1 Jye’s Jet The 6 can lead off his best step. Has good pace and he’s hard to run down when left alone in front. The 1 will again power home and he will look to get into the placings at odds again. Can take a bit to wind up but rails well and will be hitting the line again. Race 4 No. 4 Bun Storm and No. 5 Tully Luna The 4 another of the Droopys and he’s hugely promising. Monster run last week after a demolition job the week prior. Can reel off big sections. Very hard to stop here. The 7 lacks a little dash but she gets into her work well and will be coming home hard. Don’t ignore her for an EW finish. Race 5 No. 1 Aston Michigan Boxed to get one more go over his best distance now. He isn’t going that badly, just lacking the early dash over the sprint to get into the business end. Will get his chance now off this box on the corner start. Trip no problems. Race 6 No. 2 Petzel Bale and No. 7 Fleur Bale The 2 can fire out on his day and he’s very hard to catch when he gets away. Just needs to hold the 3 up and out to the first turn. The 7 will work into it up the back and will be a price to play on the place heavy basis. Goes better than form suggests. Race 7 No. 3 Lupini Monelli and No. 7 Edsel Bale The 3 is capable as long her mind stays on the job. Can make up ground from anywhere and can even show speed. If she’s switched on then she’s right in this. The 7 is well drawn here and he winds up strongly up the back. If he gets clear running he will round a few of these up and attack the line hard. Don’t dismiss him. Race 8 No. 3 Akina Jack and No. 8 Kadence Bale The 3 really does look better than these. Goes fast with a lap to go and sustains it all the way home. Clear run and he gets the job done. The 8 is racing well and while the inside is better for her, she can handle the outside and just needs to a forward spot. Will keep finding through the line. Race 10 No. 8 Bomb Murt Strong customer who will again look for the fence and start his run. Most likely goes across the back of these and starts his run up the back. Top 3 player either way any luck at all. Market Market
