Harry Buchanan’s Sunday Greyhound Tips Posted on March 12, 2023March 12, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 3 No. 8 Shadow Lad He won’t get a better chance than this. Has burned punters a bit lately but this is his box, his grade and to put it very simply, he is just faster than these. If he steps, he wins. No excuses this time. Race 6 No. 6 Clifton Iyla She has been needing the outside and gets it somewhat here. Let us down last week but at the big quote here we will give her a place heavy go again. Can run home very hard when she has momentum. Watch for her late if she doesn’t strike trouble. Race 8 No. 3 Daph’s Yak Just needs to get the start right and be the first dog behind the red who should lead. If he is, the leader is on borrowed time as he will go straight past her up the back with his superior middle section. Will need the arm by the top turn however. A few early-splitters here so need to be on his game. Can get it done with a good beginning. Race 9 No. 2 Soul Survivor Enigmatic but the box might let her find the top here and that would be it. Goes much better when left alone out front and can run good time for this grade. Needs that good step. If she brings that she’s a big hope. Race 11 No. 6 Rubble I didn’t mind this bloke’s run last week in a very hard race. Big grade drop here and can burn early when he gets the start right and he does that a lot. Look for him to rush over here and take it up and be very hard to catch. Race 12 No. 4 Manila Emperor and No. 1 Commander Mack The run to the back everything here. The 4 needs to miss the start as he has been lately. Straight to the fence and wait for the 2 to get right off into the back. Can sail up the fence and run home hard. The 1 gets the gun draw and he could actually lead here. Last bit tests but gets a great map. Should give a sight. TEMORA Race 7 No. 1 Wiradjuri Jack Cup final and this bloke’s run was superb last week and moves to the gun draw. Musters very quickly and sustains it all the way home. Races well here and a good solid EW play in this very good final. MURRAY BRIDGE Race 1 No. 2 Makani Girl Straight track final for the shorter trip and what a silly price about this girl who is ultra consistent here and boxed to shake the life out of this. Steps well and generates good acceleration. Do not ignore her. EW go. Race 2 No. 4 Sky Stone and No. 2 He’s All Purpose Straight track final for the longer trip. There is another one who is just a ridiculous price. The 4 got absolutely no peace last week for the entire trip and stuck on tremendously well. Box isn’t that bad here early and can give a great sight EW. The 2 is just a superb dog. Winning is his thing with 28 times he’s saluted. Loves it up the straight and and can run a big race. Race 5 No. 7 Fantastic Radley The premier stayer in SA stepping back up to his preferred trip for the first time in a while and that spells nothing but trouble for his opponents. Won 12 from 13 here track and trip and will set them alight at box rise. Does need to get over with the short run to the first turn but class should prevail. Race 7 No. 7 Bernardo Bowl and No. 1 Okeechobee Road Cup consolation. The 7 was hampered by one of the many dogs who fought last week in the heats. It cost him in the end but still only went down by 3/4 length. Has early burn and will give a showing here. The 1 will improve but will need to muster up. Some early toe outside his only concern but could hold and be hard to catch. Race 8 No. 5 Fantastic Keary and No. 3 Fantastic Dixie The Cup final. The 5 is one of the outsider but I don’t think he should be. Made good ground in the run home after no luck early and can show early dash when he wants to step. Don’t dismiss. The kennel mate very hard to beat in 3. Has come back a much better dog and was superb in the heat. Clear run will see her take some stopping. Race 11 No. 3 Jalapeño Jewel Best bet on the card to hit top 2 for mine. Massive run last week when making sustained ground after getting checked constantly early on. Better draw this time and with the fav being anything but genuine, she gets a huge show here to nail top 2 and can win. Market Market
