THE MEADOWS

Race 6 No. 7 Amron Dan

Can go well here. The fav is a star but takes a second to muster and there are some early splitters in this. If the 7 lands close and the fav doesn’t lead he quickly becomes the one. Top 2 show at least. 

Race 8 No. 3 Midnight Rocker

Start critical here. Very capable middle distance type who can run time when given room. Needs to punch through early and put himself on the speed. Hard to stop if he does. Good EW play. 

Race 9 No. 5 My Mate Tip

Racing well and does his best work around here. Can lead or come from back and runs fast time when out and rolling. Box a little tricky but has been stepping well and will look the winner if he lands close first turn. 

WENTWORTH PARK

Race 3 No. 6 Belmont Bullet

Top 2 player here and while the box isn’t great, it’s not that bad with the vacant. Has raced some better dogs than this and will look to run into this up the back. Can finish strongly for a dais slot. Will get his chance with a clean start. 

Race 4 No. 1 Massimo to Excel

Big engine. Real big. Box is good and has a super record off the inside. Tardy early but drives up hard and can take some knocks and keep coming. Chases very hard and has a tremendous strike rate. Massive place heavy chance but can win. 

Race 5 No. 1 Came And Went

Boxed to win. Coming out of a very strong Richmond derby series and has a good turn of acceleration after box rise. Runs fast time and has these covered on the arm. Expect him to step and set these alight from the get go.
