Harry Buchanan’s Saturday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on May 4, 2024May 4, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 3 No. 2 Sunset Frazier Leads them up again here and this time the map says he gets away from his stronger rivals. Will be putting in the short ones late but will again try and set up the match winning lead. Race 4 No. 1 Acing Kuna and No. 6 Gimli The 1 returned in outstanding order last week. Blew away a a moderate field but in fast time. Boxed to get a great run and will be very strong throughout. The 6 will surprise if he gets the fence over heels here. Racing well without winning and could hit the frame at odds. Race 5 No. 1 Sunset Comanche and No. 8 Disco Daisy The 1 just needs to hold up early here. Gets a fence run that will see him land close behind the 2 and he has that booming last section. The 8 is the surprise packet here with her early speed and being well drawn. Could lead here and give a sight at odds. Race 6 No. 2 Penny Magic and No. 4 Argyle Queen These two will spear out and it’s pretty much a matter of who leads wins. Neither will be caught on the arm and both will relish this trip after a few 700s. The 2 gets the slight leaning because of the draw but don’t be surprised if the 4 comes out running as well. Race 7 No. 5 Sneaky Emoji and No. 3 Pudding Monelli The 5 found nothing but trouble last week. Never got his chance and while the draw is not ideal again, he is the best dog in the race. The 3 steps back up and he continues to be his own worst enemy. A chance he finds the top early and that would make it interesting. One of them should be getting the job done here. Race 8 No. 1 Mohican Mistress and No. 2 Fizzy Chrissy The 1 returned in super fashion last week. A move to box 1 will see her step and hold up and if she held the arm, it’s over. Even tracking the 2 she would still be hard to hold out. The 2 is the clear danger and the kennel again very confident. Box manners being on song will see her hard to reel in. Race 9 No. 2 Quick Lands Showed a glimpse of what he’s got in a messy race last week. May have boosted him somewhat and drawn to again play for runs on the fence at a big price. Top 2 spec again. Race 10 No. 7 Marathon and No. 4 Coco Shimmer The 7 has a lot of talent. She will step well and look to cross here and it will then be a matter of getting the trip. The 4 will strip fitter and while she needs to show more through the middle section, she will benefit from that run and go well if she lands close here. THE MEADOWS Race 1 No. 4 Flying Envy Race 4 No. 8 Osanna Bale and No. 5 Gary Stun On Race 5 No. 7 Stormy Day and No. 1 Ethanol Extra Race 6 No. 7 Ethanol Water and No. 2 Ethanol Volume Race 7 No. 3 Motion Sensor and No. 7 Rev Rose Race 10 No. 1 Starburst Candy Race 11 No. 5 Willa Bale Race 12 No. 1 Video Referree WENTWORTH PARK Race 3 No. 3 Cumbria Mal and No. 4 Cumbria Kid Race 6 No. 7 Nangar Nellie and No. 8 Miss Zig Zag Race 8 No. 7 Superstar Ethics and No. 5 One Hot Bandit Race 10 No. 3 Kangaroo Jack Market Market
