Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on October 17, 2022October 17, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch NORTHAM Race 5 No. 7 Miss Boom Boom Short but really should be putting these away. Has early speed and usually steps so no excuse not to lead throughout in this company. Race 6 No. 2 Kiwi Collection Missed the start off a good draw last week so giving one more go here off the suitable draw. Can spear out when she’s on and will give a sight if she gets the arm around the first turn. Race 7 No. 2 Emerald Lake and No. 5 Vegas City The 2 can show up here and should she find the lure quickly will be very hard to catch here. Can run time. The 5 is a good value play and goes well here. Box tricky but can offset it with a clean step. Race 9 No. 7 Mystify No excuses here….zero, none!! Just wins in this company surely. Unless they knock her down at the first turn, as she does get back, there is no way they hold her booming last section out. Will be disappointed if she gets every chance and doesn’t go on to score. Best bet. Race 12 No. 1 Crackerjack Pack and No. 2 Maximum Sarah The 1 can win this if he steps and shows his muster. Won’t be caught if he leads around the first turn. The 2 spears out and will run cover at least and can go on with it if she can hold her position. Both will look ominous early. GAWLER Race 1 No. 8 Mr Ticket Has his box, trialling super and he’s ready. Start all important and if he nails it and hurtles around, he will put these to the sword hastily. Great show here. Race 2 No. 8 Abernathy Another suited to the 8 and will look to forge over to a prominent spot early. Can sustain a long run home from there and will give a tremendous sight if he’s close enough up the back. Race 3 No. 8 Mepunga Knight and No. 5 Victa Kurt The 8 returned in style last start and will improve again here. Well drawn and can run time when allowed to run. The 5 will try and spear off the mat here and will take a lot of catching if he gets the arm by himself. Both solid shows. Race 4 No. 3 Spring Mayfield and No. 2 Basil Brush Rose Playing wide in the first heat of the cup. The 3 is capable and can deliver a forward show here. Loves it here and will give a sight if she steps. The 2 will be a monster quote. He can’t win but he can run 2nd, something which he prefers to do. Chases only what’s in front of him but chases that dog hard. Small place heavy spec on him. Race 6 No. 4 Impress Us Resumes for a new kennel and that’s good thing. Has a stack of talent when he gets it all together and goes super around here. Good map and can surprise. Race 7 No. 8 Top Quality and No. 3 Toby West The 8 is an Adelaide cup finalist. Will roll down the outside early and look to take over the running. Hard to catch on the arm. The 3 is airborne and is the knockout blow. Has an electric turn of foot and accelerates quickly up the back. Will give a great sight here. Race 8 No. 3 Strategise and No. 8 Locked The 3 is a different dog here. Clearly saves his best for this track and enjoys the finish on. Will go quick through the middle and put himself in it. The 8 is a smokie and he can do something from the box. Fresh here and will be strong late. Don’t ignore. Race 9 No. 1 Weblec Flame and No. 6 March Legend The 1 goes fast and if he holds up early and leads, will take a stack of stopping here. Was super last time and can repeat. The 6 sustains a long run home and is very strong. Only needs a look up the back and be close enough and he can get into the finish. Race 10 No. 5 Agent Nineteen Was ready last week when the meeting was called off. Will go very quickly here and if she finds the top, will take no end of catching. Trialled fast here and can win with a little luck early. Race 11 No. 4 Sweet Smudge and No. 8 Under Study The 4 can win if she finds the lead. Doesn’t come on from the back but can run these along on the arm. The 8 is capable when she’s on and goes well here. Will look to run on late. Both EW shows to take us out. Market Market
