Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on August 28, 2022August 28, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 5 No. 8 Dancing Fun and No. 9 One Chance The 8 has a steady record from this box but gee her best is better than these. Down in grade and only has to tag the 7 over who goes fast early. Can win from there. The 9 will become a huge show if it gains a start. Clearly the best dog in the race. Wins from any box. Get involved if it gets a run. Race 7 No. 3 Blazing Joy Her form doesn’t say much but she all but led last week off the outside and gets a much better draw here. She can actually run when she gets the arm and is worth a small spec at the odds. Race 8 No. 6 Believin’ Blade There are much worse $26 shots than the 6. Only ever missed a place five times from 24 starts here track and trip. Can drive through and hit the podium. Race 9 No. 1 Really Surprised and No. 4 Westdale Ryker The box draw opens this right up. The 1 will make a fast run up the back and if he can hold his spot early, he can give these a real surprise. The 4 will also look to capitalise on some early trouble with these front runners trying to cross. He can come from off the arm and hit the line as well. Both dogs place heavy plays. Race 10 No. 7 Mystify and No. 8 Wise Suffolk A very winnable 520m here and the 7 in this small field will be hard to hold out. Racing much harder races and the drop back from 600m will see her smash the line here with some suspect 500 dogs. The 8 can surprise here. She needs the arm but can muster up quickly here and cross. If she’s ever going to break through here it will be in this. Race 11 No. 2 Off The Green Superb last start and drawn to give this a shake again. Breaks 22 easily and will look to accelerate early and put himself on the arm. Won’t be caught if he finds the top at any stage. SANDOWN PARK Race 5 No. 3 Adelong Stepping back in trip from much harder company and well boxed to land close here. Can reel off some good some sections and will prove hard to beat if she steps cleanly and holds her position first turn. Race 8 No. 3 Golden Ratio Resuming from a short let up but has a stack of talent and can get into this now the field is down to 6. Will start her work with a lap to go and can hit top two with any luck at all. Race 9 No. 2 Mahjong Bailey Looks a big threat here on recent form. Tremendous 2nd to Vayda Bale last start and a repeat of that means he is right in this. Perfectly drawn and no excuses here today. Race 12 No. 7 Darnum Diva Consistent girl who is well suited here and will look to slide over into a striking spot. Known for her strength and middle distance form, she can sprint just as well and has a good record here track and trip. Will be strong late. MURRAY BRIDGE Race 5 No. 6 Slim Sherman and No. 5 Aston Carlos A couple over the odds here. The 6 has a good turn of foot and can spear up here put himself into this. Sticks on well and has talent. The 5 will also be a threat. He just needs to offset the box but has shown in the past he can do that. Both dogs good EW shows. Race 6 No. 5 Lady Luck and No. 7 Mo Slater Silly price the 5 considering she is three from three track and trip. Was $12 and now $8 and still overs. Has speed and hard to run down when she leads. Big chance. The 7 will go fast as always and is perfectly drawn off the track. She stays wide and is much better when she gets out and running on the arm. Race 8 No. 2 Weblec Pearl and No. 6 Toby West Last chance for the 2 off the ideal draw. Has taken some time to come back to her best but she won’t get a better chance than this to land handy and be strong late like she can. The 6 will show that blistering back straight turn of foot and if that puts him in front, he will be very hard to run down. The last bit may test on this circuit as it’s a tougher 530 but he is flying atm. Race 9 No. 2 George The First Had no luck after getting pushed back last start and charging to the line. Back to a more suitable trip here and goes well this track. Has a fast win here and if he lands close, he can hit top two. Market Market
