Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on August 20, 2022August 23, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 4 No. 8 Weblec Ranger and No. 2 Yahoo Serious The 8 was super last week. Can handle an outside draw and will improve again. If he can swish over he becomes the one. Kennel flying. The 2 is the danger. Drops back from 600m but has done it well before. Hard to beat. Race 5 No. 2 Gangnam Monelli and No. 8 Hurricane Taylor Monster performance by the 2 last week. Should have won had he stepped his usual best but still made up a mountain of ground late. Can land closer here. The 8 will go fast and he is racing well. Keeps hitting the line as shown last week and will be there all the way. Race 8 No. 2 His Stop It Great job last week when he looked in trouble a few times but kept smashing the line. Stays all day and is peaking at the present. Will just keep coming and hard to hold out here with no big last section dogs in this. Race 9 No. 8 Sunset Givenchy and No. 3 Sassy Blade The 8 just wins surely. Has far superior form lines and should be odds on for mine. Massive run last time against a dog who itself would be $1.30 in this. Clear run and it’s over. The 3 is racing better than ever and the step up to 600 is intriguing. Is reeling off good sections and her win last time was superb. Small save there EW. Race 10 No. 7 Really Surprised and No. 2 Westdale Ryker The 7 is an under rated type for this grade. He has a fast middle section that he sustains and is drawn ok here. Can give these plenty to think about at double figures. The 2 has come up much longer than I thought he would. Should be half this quote so he gets an EW play as well. Runs home hard and has performed well in tougher races. Race 11 No. 5 Refund Tux Playing that he can land handy here and put himself in a striking spot. Racing well without winning but can do something here and is a good EW price. Runs his low 30 and a clear run probably goes a bit quicker. Needs to muster up early. THE MEADOWS Race 3 No. 3 Dunwerkin and No. 8 Lunar Star The 3 finally gets a crack at 600. Has one very big motor when he’s wound up and can reel off big sections. First go at this trip at this track but if he handles it and gets a clear run he will take some stopping. Have a little save on the 8. She’s a silly price and can run into this. Strong and raced harder company recently. Race 4 No. 7 Hummock Tremendous effort last start. Came from a mile back to keep hitting the line and was a monster performance. Can actually step and get up there early and the small field means he is very, very hard to stop here. Best bet!! Race 5 No. 7 King Of Calypso Well if you didn’t see what happened last week, do yourself a favour, and don’t watch it. One of the sickest beats seen on a race track in some time. He went for an inside run that he wasn’t comfortable with the dog on his outside so he switched over heels and stormed home too late. He almost led early as well which he is capable of. Well boxed and hits top 2 here. Race 6 No. 4 Chic and No. 7 What Could Be Final here and box draw changes things. The 4 can spear out and lead and she’s very hard to get past on the arm. Super in her heat. As was the 7 who led most the way and is another who is hard to run down. Both dogs looking for the arm early and will give big sights here. Race 7 No. 8 Kaheem Bale Can run ridiculous time when he gets room to operate. Has come back brilliantly and has a blistering win here and is well drawn out wide. Great record off box 8. Can come from anywhere and has huge middle and last sections. Race 8 No. 6 Stagger Out Lee Ran out of her skin in the NSW National Distance final. She has experience here as well and the drop in company puts her right in this at a great price. Can get up there, stick on, or even run on from back. Versatile stayer and hard to beat here. Race 10 No. 7 Aragog He doesn’t win many but he’s always running on and if he is going to break through again, this is it. Will look for runs up the back and hit the line well and can finish top 2 with any luck at all. Will appreciate this easier company. WENTWORTH PARK Race 4 No. 5 Midnight Return Has one serious engine. Beautifully bred and has already shown she has a stack of talent. Lacks some early speed but is simply much quicker than this field. Just needs clear running and a look up the back and they won’t stop her late. Race 6 No. 1 Sonic Oak His record here isn’t flash but box 1 brings him right into this and he has plenty of ability. His run here 3 back was more than enough to see him win this and he only needs to use the box to land close. Can break through tonight. Race 7 No. 7 Cawbourne Magic Missed the start in the National Distance final. Not like him and expect him to step out better here and be there from the get go. Getting stronger as a stayer each week and can run top 2 here if he hops out as usual come box rise. Will go well. Market Market
