Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on May 4, 2022May 4, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 3 No. 1 Lucky Kai Boxed to give this one very big shake. Has never drawn in and gets his chance to pounce on the arm here and run a low to sub 22. Looks the clear danger to the fav and can knock her over with the right step at box rise. Race 5 No. 1 We Can Too Another who gets a gun draw here. The Christine Robartson kennel flying at the moment and this bloke looks a super EW chance after his good run behind Hinto last time out. Drives up the fence early here and has good late strength. Great show to hit the podium and shouldn’t miss a place with a clear run. Race 6 No. 5 Lacrymosa and No. 3 Moruga Scorpion The 5 is clearly the best dog in the race but she has a sticky draw. If she offsets that and gets room to operate, these are in trouble. If she doesn’t, the 3 can surprise at odds here. Will land close and if she gets through the first turn unscathed, will give this field a lot to chase. Win bet 5 and EW play 3. Race 8 No. 1 Rapido Storm and No. 4 Master Blaster A field full of leaders and early-splitters. They all can’t have the arm and this is likely to get messy. The 4 is one of few who can come off the pace and a clear run is all that he needs to win. The 1 is another who can go past leaders and he just needs to miss the fence-crasher in 2 early to be prominent and strong at the end. Win on 4 and EW on 1. Race 9 No. 5 Bush Martini and No. 9 Jump Into Action These kennel mates can surprise here. The 5 is monstrous odds for a dog who has turned the corner recently and she only has to bring that Mandurah form to Cannington to run a race here at a silly quote. The 9 is likely to go into box 1 and while he is better known over longer, he is sprinting well currently and can land handy to run on late. Both place heavy goes here. Race 11 No. 3 Suntory Lass and No. 8 Mongolian Wolf The 3 needs to find the arm here but if she does, she won’t be for catching. Won 3 from 6 track and trip and gets her chance to bounce back against these. The 8 will storm home as usual and any trouble up front will see him descend late. Race 12 No. 8 Bella Sunset Great run last start and while she doesn’t win many, her best has these covered in a race full of 275m dogs. Only has to stay out of trouble and navigate her draw to win. Will not be stopped if she gets into this quickly up the back. Best bet. Won’t miss a place as a contingency. WARRNAMBOOL Race 8 No. 7 Old News and No. 4 Fearless Rory The 2022 Warrnambool cup and the 7 was enormous in his heat. Never on the track and while he enjoys racing wide, he was taken wider than he needed to be to win. Has a dazzling gear change around one turn tracks and while this field is hot, he is the last dog they want to peeling off their backs. Will launch up this long straight and simply a matter of how close he is turning. The 4 is promising and was good in his heat and has a good turn of foot. Can run time and if he lands prominent, will be ominous. The 7 is the main go however at a great EW quote and save the 4 EW as well. WENTWORTH PARK Race 6 No. 2 Tap Out Sniper He is slowly getting back to his old form and this looks exactly the type of race he can deliver on. A staying type who can sprint very well when he gets a clean run, he is drawn to lob handy here then will go through his sections building up momentum for a strong charge home. EW and place heavy but can win. THE MEADOWS Race 6 No. 2 Gotham Baroness and No. 3 Cawbourne Roses These two ran 1,2 in their heat and can deliver so list in this final. The 2 will go fast early and look to lead and if she does, she will show more strength this week late in the race and be hard to catch. The 3 rails hard and just keeps driving home. She will look to take inside runs and be threatening at the top if she is within striking range of the lead. Backing both EW here. Market Market
