RACE 3 No.9 Dream Of Slips

Robert Heathcote trained galloper who although not won for some time just looks to have found a very suitable race tomorrow. Both runs back from a break better than they appear on paper and although he rises in grade the inside gate and weight drop can offset that. He can track a good speed and finish strongly in the straight. Good each-way chance.

RACE 7 No.1 Sir Moments

Class galloper of this field who was never a chance second up stuck out the back in the small field in a race which was basically a sprint down the straight. His prior effort was a slashing first up second at the Gold Coast where he would have won in a few more bounds. There’s speed engaged in tomorrow’s race and look for him to be flying over the leaders late.

RACE 8 No.10 Elegant Composure

Really looking forward to this race where we’ll get to see this unbeaten mare from the Chris Anderson stable face her toughest test to date. She’s 4 from 4 at the moment having resumed with an easy kill at the Sunshine Coast recently. Yes, she has drawn awkwardly tomorrow however should Jim Byrne be able to find some cover in the run look for her to be steaming over them late.
