He did plenty of work in the run covering plenty of additional ground adding further merit to the performance. Yes he’s drawn wide tomorrow however there doesn’t appear to be any great speed, ridden with purpose early on he should be able to slot over ok. RACE 5 No. 2 With A Promise Up in weight however down in grade off a last start open company 3rd in a fast run race. She’s a tough mare who likes to sit on the pace which will be the case tomorrow from her good draw and no doubt she’ll strip fitter off that last start placing which was her first outing for 4 weeks. Claim a big help & she looks terrific value at almost double figure odds in early markets. RACE 9 No. 13 Super Suave High Chaparral gelding who looks very well placed tomorrow. Stepped up to 1350m for the first time here last start doing a good job behind the flying Freddie Fox Trot in a race where they didn’t go all that hard. Get the feeling this one is much better placed with a genuine or better tempo which is looking very likely with a number of on paced/leading types engaged.
