Chris’ Rosehill Best Bets Posted on August 25, 2017August 25, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No.3 Lifesaver Another Saturday Highway race, another Matt Dunn runner, looks like another winner! Narrowly beaten in a two horse war down to the line here a fortnight back which was his first run back from a break after winning his only other two starts in strong fashion. He’ll be around the even money mark however looks a good thing and the right way to kick off the day. RACE 7 No.1 Pariah Team Snowden trained colt resuming from a spell tomorrow. This stable is notorious for their runners scoring first up when they win trials, with that being the case this one looks the best of ‘good things’. He won a heat softly at Randwick in July before beating all bar Winx at the same track earlier this month. Can’t beat that for a strong recommendation. RACE 9 No.10 Denpurr Another from the Snowden stable however she’s having her second run back from a break. Absolutely no luck at all first up missing the start then being held up for a run over the concluding stages of the race, without doubt she should have finished closer than the official 1.3 length margin. She has won second up and appears a terrific value chance to do so once again.
