Chris Nelson’s Toowoomba Tips Posted on April 7, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 2 No.2 Good Job Bro Recent addition to the Matt Dunn yard he quickly got the score on the board winning at his first run for the stable when resuming at Eagle Farm in February. Certainly not disgraced beaten 5 lengths behind the flying Upstart Pride in Listed grade at the Gold Coast second up he does appear much better placed back to restricted grade. Drawn to go very close. RACE 5 No.9 Chivadhalii Ex Darren Weir trained Victorian galloper who was a little easy in the market at his first local start at Doomben when only just over 3 lengths from the winner. Although never looking like winning he held his ground most of the straight before making late headway. The give in this track should suit and he does race well when on the fresh side. Looks terrific each-way value. RACE 6 No.1 Dreams Aplenty On what appears a tough day’s punting this in form 3yo from the John Zielke stable looks to have the Guineas at his mercy. Dominant winning his last couple at Eagle Farm and Doomben clocking slick time on each occasion he shouldn’t have any issue running out a strong mile tomorrow. At the set weights conditions he’s extremely well placed and looks all set to bring up the hat trick.
