Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Tips Posted on June 3, 2016June 7, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 4 – No.5 Marenostro Rosehill rated a Heavy (8) even before tomorrow’s predicted downpour suggesting things are going to get very damp and wet trackers will be the order of the day. This one from the Chris Waller yard is a dead set mudlark who is yet to miss a place at his 6 Heavy track starts (includes 3 wins). First up victory was on Good ground which will have him even fitter for tomorrow’s assignment on his more favoured surface. RACE 7 – No.3 Farolitos Godolphin trained galloper who looks set to break through tomorrow having put in a couple of solid performances at both runs this time in. Now he was almost a month when 1500m up to 1600m last time when just missing out lumping the 60kg impost, with the claim tomorrow he’ll carry 3.5kg less and importantly he has been effective on wet ground to date. RACE 8 – No.10 Berry Delicious Throw at the stumps with this mare who is almost $20 in opening markets (likely to firm up though). Two even runs in stronger grade before not the clearest of paths here last time out over 1400m. The step up to 1800m should be ideal and importantly she’s a very effective Heavy track performer with 3 wins and 2 placings from her 5 attempts. She also holds a very strong record here at the track. Best Bet: Race 4 No.5 Marenostro Best Value: Race 8 No.10 Berry Delicious Quaddie: 1, 2, 7 / 1 / 1, 5, 9 / 1, 2, 4 – 150% Bet Now!
