More importantly she’s 2 from 2 fresh and has been tuned up for tomorrow’s return with a recent Hawkesbury barrier trial win accounting for the stakes winning stablemate Ranier. Confident she’ll be resuming a winner! RACE 2 No.2 Mightybeel Lightly raced Savabeel gelding from the premier Chris Waller yard who is racing in great order this preparation. He’s won 2 of his 3 starts this time in and although stepping up in company tomorrow he just has that consistency over most of his rivals coupled with the likelihood of further improvement considering he’s only lining up for start number 10! RACE 7 No.2 I’m Thunderstruck The 7.5 million dollar Golden Eagle is clearly the highlight of the day with a very competitive field to go around. I’m with the Toorak winner who put the writing on the wall the start prior when flashing home from last in the Rupert Clarke before Jye McNeil pushed through tight gaps producing a 10/10 ride to steer him home in the Toorak.
