Chris Nelson’s Randwick Best Bets Posted on March 8, 2019 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 1 No.3 Winter Bride Gold Coast trained mare from the Toby Edmonds stable looking to make this a hit run mission and there’s no reason as to why she can’t. Her form during the spring was terrific with plenty who finished behind her going on to win at future starts. Her fresh record is very good, she coasted home in a recent trial (run in good time) and draws well. Plenty of ticks! RACE 3 No.4 Tenley Godolphin trained youngster who will probably need all of the long Randwick straight to overhaul some of these however I’m firmly of the belief she can get to them. Both starts have resulted in strong wins coming from last and obviously her sectional splits are terrific. The faster they go up front in this race tomorrow the better her chances. Race 8 No.3 All Too Soon Rosehill trained mare who returned in terrific order recently on her home track beating all bar the winner Seaway who is a promising type. Up in the weights here however that shouldn’t concern as she carried plenty more to win second up at her previous campaign (61.5kg). With a good run from off the speed I’m banking on her being too strong for the leaders late.
