Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Preview Posted on August 5, 2016August 8, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 6 No.5 Rock Royalty Liam Birchley trained galloper who has had little or no luck at his last two starts here and most recently in the Ramornie Handicap at Grafton. Two starts back behind Saluter and Into The Red here he only saw clear running late and really hit the line whilst his latest effort at Grafton was also luckless in a very bunched up finish. With better luck on his side tomorrow he can return to the winners list. RACE 7 No.10 Revitalise One from the team Meagher camp who although not won for almost 12 months looks to have come back in good form and he strikes a winnable race tomorrow. Totally unsuited first up over 1200m he caught the eye finishing on from the back of the field before again running home strongly last week at Doomben over 1350m in a race not run to suit tempo wise. Up to 1600m on the bigger track tomorrow he’ll get his chance. RACE 8 No.19 Oberland Robert Heathcote trained galloper who is only lightly raced and shows good ability. Absolutely dominant winning first up at Doomben, was sound when placed second up before having no luck at all last time out having to weave his way through the field hitting the line strongly late, arguably with a clearer run he could have won. Big chance to make amends tomorrow. Best Bet Race 6 – No.5 Rock Royalty Best Value Race 7 – No.10 Revitalise Quaddie 2, 11, 14 / 1, 5 / 6, 10 / 5, 13, 19, 20 Bet Now!
