Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Best Bets Posted on December 16, 2021December 16, 2021 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 3 No.5 Tamilaide Lightly raced very consistent galloper who is yet to miss a placing in 8 career starts and that includes 3 wins. Liked his first up effort at Ipswich running home well behind the since Gateway placed Palaisapan over 1200m and having won all the way up to a mile the step to 1400m tomorrow looks ideal. Drawn perfectly for Sam Collett he clearly looks the one to beat. RACE 4 No.4 Humbolt Current Not the sort of horse you’d have your last on however just get the feeling tomorrow’s race is the type he can win. Tidy first up effort before a bit flat second up, the step up in trip suits and this looks an easier race. His record on this track is a good one which is all important and there’s a few rivals suspect at the trip. RACE 7 No.4 Jackson On Time Taking a punt on this two start maiden who takes on a hot race tomorrow however looks well up to it on what we’ve seen of him to date. On debut in January he charged home in a Magic Millions prelude race behind Finance Tycoon and eventual winner Shaquero before returning a couple of weeks ago again motoring home into 3rd. The big track and long straight will suit. Each-way. Quaddie 35% 8, 2, 4, 3 4, 5, 2, 9 3, 10, 8, 4 10, 9 Market Market
