RACE 4 No.1 Vega One

Beat all bar the smart Plague Stone in the Mick Dittman three back before accounting for one of the main fancies in the Tiara Multaja with plenty of authority two starts ago at Doomben. He just had to do too much work at his latest run when a sitting shot in the Fred Best. Freshened up, jumping out well he can return to winning form.

RACE 5 No.13 Sofie’s Gold Class

Lightly raced with plenty of upside who goes into tomorrow’s race nice and fresh which will suit her down to the ground. A winner here first up weaving through between rivals near the inside she then gave away a big start before closing strongly second up. Drawn inside again Michael Cahill will only need daylight for this fast finishing mare to get home over the leaders late.

RACE 9 No.3 Brave Song

One of the runs of the carnival 4 weeks back in the Moreton Cup at Eagle Farm powering home from the back of the field failing by only an eyelash to peg back the winner Pretty In Pink. In an unsuitably run affair he clocked 10.61 seconds for his final 200m which was an outstanding performance. With top jockey Blake Shinn on board he can make amends tomorrow.
