Scott’s Saturday Ascot Preview Posted on March 15, 2018March 15, 2018 | Posted by Scott Embry Scott Embry’s Preview Race 1 TANGO ORA would prove hard to catch if he managed to cross but even if he parks outside can go close. ROUND THE POINT is only a maiden Pinjarra straight winner but should pounce on the lead and be there a long way. HOW TO FLY has to lump a big weight but is classy. MIZLECKI best of the swooping brigade. Numbers: 2 – 9 – 1 – 4 Suggested Bet – TANGO ORA EACHWAY Race 2 GEE BOSS has gone from strength to strength this preparation and shows no sign of stopping. Likely sits outside the speed but will be hard to beat regardless. THREE VOTES has the speed to find the fence and hold out the favourite. MORE ACES box seats behind them. SANTIAGO GAL does similar. Numbers: 3 – 5 – 8 – 9 Suggested Bet – GEE BOSS WIN Race 3 AGENT PIPPA arguably holds the title as the best 2 year old we have seen this season and she has excellent gate speed which puts her into a position. CUP NIGHT really caught the eye late in his Pinjarra trial. LADY COSMOLOGY finally makes it to the track after impressing at trials. PRINCESS PIERRO is impossible to fault. Numbers: 5 – 2 – 9 – 7 Suggested Bet – AGENT PIPPA WIN Race 4 BELTER set a strong tempo and was out on his feet a long way from home last start. There is no reason why he needs to burn here. MEGAFACTORY looked home at the top of the straight and is going great guns this preparation in town. BON VOYAGE will be smoking the pipe back in the field. ZEFIRO could be smoky. Numbers: 2 – 1 – 11 – 10 Suggested Bet – BELTER WIN Race 5 MIDDLE EARTH should appreciate the step up in trip and from the gate looks like getting the best run midfield with cover. SPIN ON COMMAND smashed the clock holding off moderate opposition. Expect her to be hard to catch. DOUBLE DIGIT is going better than reads on paper. DARK PROSPECT may get a fair way back but is a nice type. Numbers: 7 – 13 – 1 – 4 Suggested Bet – MIDDLE EARTH WIN Race 6 CAPPO D’ORO may have to punch into a pretty strong headwind but he is dour and tough. AT THE READY was eye catching in defeat at his most recent. COULEUR BIZARRE gets an identical run against an identical field that he beat a fortnight ago. DUDEMANBRO was ultra impressive fresh. Numbers: 1 – 2 – 3 – 9 Suggested Bet – CAPPO D’ORO EACHWAY Race 7 SALLY’S REALM comes from an alternate form line and should jump into a very prominent position behind a slow speed. PRIVATE DANCER is tough and at some stage looks set to be put into the race. SHOWCASE was just as good in the Challenge Stakes and goes close. FRIAR FOX box seats. Numbers: 5 – 1 – 2 – 3 Suggested Bet – SALLY’S REALM EACHWAY Race 8 PRIZE CATCH was bitterly disappointing on his second 7 day back-up. If he can repeat the effort behind Oliver’s Travels he goes mighty close. MINUS LOOKS was a big run fresh and he probably sneaks under the radar to an extent. MY GRACE will pinch one very soon. SWEET ORA puts herself straight into a winnable position, surprised they opted to bypass the claim. Numbers: 7 – 10 – 6 – 1 Suggested Bet – PRIZE CATCH EACHWAY SuperPick - Race 8 No. 7 PRIZE CATCH - Money Back Quaddie (Races 5 – 8) 1,4,7,13 1,2,3,4,7,8,9 1,2,3,5 1,6,7,8,10 Bet Now
