Harry Buchanan’s Wednesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on July 5, 2023July 5, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 5 No. 4 Coco Shimmer Returned with a solid effort last start and she is one of the very few run on components of this race. With speed all around her, she can drop to the fence and secure the first turn run to get herself into a striking spot in the run home. EW play here. Race 6 No. 9 Kid Kimetto Huge bolter here at odds who will simply play the map and possible trouble for the fav. Looking for the red to show her usual toe with a little outside pressure this 9 won’t be part of early and all he needs to do is stick to his beloved rail and he can run into this up the back. Strong home so a clear passage gives him a good place heavy chance. Race 7 No. 6 Ash The Flash and No. 4 Little Righteous Extremely open affair this. The 6 could swish over here and she is racing really well for her. Stuck on well behind Obstropalous last time and can will again go forward and do similar here. The 4 will miss it then make her swooping fast run mid race and if that yields her a spot near the arm for the run home then she could hit the frame at big odds. Small spec EW for her. Race 8 No. 5 Saige Tenniele and No. 2 Electric Data Another race that could get messy. The 5 has zero luck first turn last week when pushed back only to make huge ground running home. If she can drop on to the fence here she could capitalise on first turn trouble and storm into the frame. The 2 could run a sneaky race with his early dash. He sticks on surprisingly well when he gets up there and could do so again with a clean first step. Small save there EW. Race 9 No. 5 Summer Of Love The small field gives her a show here. She can step quickly and with a steady box dog inside her, she could be first on scene behind the red who won’t hold her off. Racing well and can give this a big shake to hit top 2 in this. Race 10 No. 7 It’s A Dime and No. 8 Canya Mia The 7 will take all sorts of stopping in this small field. Has lengths on this field and is back to her very best as shown last time with a most the way victory. Can lead or come from back. It won’t matter who she is chasing if she gets right there. The 8 was a strange run last time. Seemingly had her chance and ran her race in patches. She likes the arm all to herself however and could rush over and get it here. Keep in mind. Race 11 No. 6 Lenny Coaster and No. 7 Clowning Fun While I’m a huge Apollo Fun fan, you can have the $2.10 all to yourself. He may have his box but he just isn’t stepping lately and he’s far too short to find out if box 1 brings him out this week. The 6 could swish over here and take all sorts of catching then. Goes better than most think and this is her chance. The 7 is a small smokie spec. Can turn up or run last. Just depends what happens first 100m and could get the fly here. Have a small EW spec on him. WENTWORTH PARK Race 6 No. 8 Coight Ultra consistent and boxed to give a sight. Can show his pace and sticks on strongly and there is a chance he crosses here. Only missed the frame once in his last 10 and placed both goes from the pink. Can win and should place. Race 7 No. 7 Irinka Digby Strong type with a super record here. Well boxed out wide and has been racing much stronger opposition lately than this. If he’s close up the back they will all be trying to hold him out as he will be charging. Great EW price to play here. Market Market
