Harry Buchanan’s Monday Greyhound Tips Posted on February 20, 2023March 10, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 3 No. 4 Commander Mack His opening quote of $8 was simply wrong for mine. Back to the short trip off a very unlucky effort last week sees him a major threat. Has a great turn of foot off the mat and and only has to begin to win here. If he leads, it’s over. Still overs and best bet. Race 4 No. 7 Fortified Mack Better than these but she’s a good dogs price. Probably wanting $1.80 and may not get there but early markets are no guide. She has a few little issues early in the race with her box speed but has superb sections when wound up and will take some stopping here. Very hard to beat. Race 7 No. 6 Follow Me Home and No. 7 Global Gold A couple under the radar here. The 6 is well drawn out here and gets a good map. He can dash up at a price and be a player. The 7 would be a huge threat at her best and she gets a chance to show that here. A very fast dog who can step and go under 16. Don’t dismiss as she rarely misses the dais track and trip. Race 8 No. 3 Teenage Rampage and No. 8 Sanitized The 3 can win this. Been racing harder races and only needs to get the spot into the back where he makes his fast run. Big show. The 8 is the danger and if she waltzes over early and takes over then they won’t catch her. Just needs to show some dash and she’s a main contender. Race 11 No. 4 Opal Magic Initially thought she was disappointing last week running 2nd until the winner went 15.88. That made her effort super in the end beaten only a length. Better draw here and only needs to step and get a clean run early and she’s the one. ANGLE PARK Race 4 No. 2 Slim Sherman Ultra-consistent lately with his good box manners and early speed. Drawn perfectly and gets every chance to drive up and take over here. Does his best work on the arm and hard to beat at the EW quote. Race 8 No. 6 Aces Are Trumps and No. 8 Zabdon Avalanche The 6 is very well placed in Masters company and went fast at Murray Bridge two starts back. Versatile and can rush up here from the wide draw and compete early. Easier race suits and great show. The 8 is also racing well and I prefer him outside of dogs in the run. Can show dash and will run the time to get it done if he crosses cleanly. Race 11 No. 4 Spring Flute Really looks her race. Monster class drop and the effort last start was good in much tougher company. Can go quick after box rise and sticks on strongly in the run home. Clear run should see her go seriously close.
