Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on July 8, 2022July 8, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 2 No. 4 West On Cider and No. 7 Owl Finn The 4 was good last week at his first run over this trip and track. Beaten by a few speed weapons, the class drop here means he’s the one to beat. The 7 is running out of chances. Gets in well here and there will be no excuses for him to not punch up out wide and be prominent. Can and should hit top 2 at his best. Race 4 No. 7 Zulu Gladiator and No. 4 Big If Outstanding performance by the 7 last week. Descended late to beat a handy front runner and isn’t badly placed out wide here. Will smoke up off the track and move into this late again. The 4 can turn his form around instantly. Has the ability to step and show muster and can run time. Needs to return to his best but don’t be surprised if he does here. Race 5 No. 4 Tsar Bell and No. 3 Pilbara The Mandurah Middle Distance final. The 4 is ready to produce a career best here. Superb in his heat and will find plenty off that being his first look here. Very strong, he will sit off them early then get into his work and charge home. He is close to EW odds and won’t miss the podium with a clear run. The 3 is the forgotten dog. He will also improve after having a look last week at the track and can get up there early. Distance ideal, he has raced the top echelon of stayers in WA and gone well and will be a force here if he steps his best. 4 on top from 3. Race 6 No. 3 West On Radar and No. 8 Horton Monelli The 3 can go well here. Has a string of placings and good runs behind Momentum and has a good record track and trip. Will be overs here and an EW play. The 8 is also a sneaky hope. In a good kennel and has been sparingly raced lately. His best is right up to this field and can run time when he steps. Race 7 No. 3 Gangnam Monelli , No. 2 Energetic and No. 1 My Dad’s Augie The Winter Cup final and we are taking on the 6 here. While he is the benchmark and will be very hard to beat, any one of these inside 3 at big prices can grab him late if they get behind him. The 1 and 2 are both silly quotes and get gun runs here. The 3 was huge again in his heat and should hit the podium. Can back all 3 on a place heavy basis here for a result in what is an open edition of the Winter Cup. Main go 3 and small saves 1 and 2. Race 8 No. 8 Volute and No. 3 Zippy Volkswagon Open affair to finish off. The 8 can sweep around here and if she finds the top, will prove very hard to catch. Has gone good time here before and been racing hard company in town lately. The 3 loves this track and certainly this trip. Made late ground over the short trip during the week and even better suited here. Well boxed and look for him to make a sustained and strong run home. BENDIGO Race 6 No. 8 Gracie Bale and No. 7 Quinlan Bale Final from last weeks heats. The 7 was super in his heat. Came from midfield before cutting loose with a big mid section and racing home strongly. Will improve again with that look at the track. The 8 is highly talented and she’s the big smokie here. Was badly held up for half the trip last week before getting home late. Boxed to sweep into this earlier and can run time. Race 7 No. 3 Rigg and No. 5 Tiggerlong Nibel The 3 is ready to win and has a good record here. Coming off a few solid placings, he has gone slick time here breaking the 24 comfortably. Good show. The 5 is resuming but has a stack of talent. Will race well fresh and while he can take a bit to get mobile, he’s hard to stop when he does. Race 8 No. 7 Maelynn Bale Has brilliant box manners 8/10 times and a blistering turn of foot. Looks suited to this start and will look to spear over and take up the running. Been racing much harder opponents in town and hard to beat. Market Market
