Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on April 24, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 6 No. 8 Daisy’s Boy Very hard to beat here. Winner of his only start at this track and trip in 16.10 and that wins this comfortably if he replicates it. Boxed to go close. Race 8 No. 5 Like You Her form may not look appealing but she certainly has the ability to figure here. Her last few over 600m were a bridge too far in tough company and back to 520m here can see her improve. That and this field not being overly strong, will give her some chance of regaining form here. Race 9 No. 7 Charos Reward and No. 8 Sacred Lomar Looking for the 7 to skip around here and put herself in the race quickly. Terrific record track and trip and racing well presently. The 8 gets a good draw here and can push up out wide to be prominent into the back where he then runs time when left alone. Both have the necessary dash to be major players here. Race 10 No. 4 Fabian’s Gold and No. 8 Trending Quarter The 4 looks a huge chance here and his draw isn’t as bad as it first appears with the dog in 5 walking out and the 3 having little to no dash. Won 2 from 3 here track and trip and can put himself in the race early. Has good strength and breaks 30. Small spec save on 8 if he is the double figures I expect him to be. He can come over with the 7 and this is the easiest has faced in a while. The 4 is the main show here and the first of the best bets at an EW quote. Race 12 No. 2 Roxy Vodka Her best simply beats these. When you look at the company she has faced as opposed to this field, she would have little trouble disposing of them. The fastest dog in the field by panels, she only has to put in an effort to win this. Knows how to miss the start and find trouble but even that excuse won’t fly here. Should and must win and the other best play on the card. GAWLER Race 7 No. 2 Gozanga and No. 3 Serving Soldier The 2 has a ripper record here and back to 400m sees him hard to beat. Has a fast win here and hard to beat. The 3 also has a great record here and is coming off some good straight runs. Can go quickly and runs good time. Both solid EW plays. Race 8 No. 4 Weblec Blade With the scr of box 3, he can muster through the centre here and give this fav a stack to think about . Been racing far superior opposition in town and only has to bring that form back to Gawler where he has placed 2 from 3. Top 2 show here. Race 10 No. 7 Hoogley and No. 2 Ros’s Sapphire. The 7 is in a good kennel and can accelerate around here. Loves it here and adept at both this trip and the longer trip. Hard to stop. The 2 is knocking on the door and her time is close. Well drawn again and has a terrific back straight here where she goes quickly to put herself in it. Both can roll this fav who didn’t begin or sprint well here the last time he came back from 500s.
