RACE 1 No.5 Startantes

Punters will be keen to support Stellar Magic here and I’m not surprised as over the short trip at Doomben drawn gate one there’s plenty to like. However, this filly from the Robert Heathcote stable has been nothing but impressive both starts to date producing a booming finish on each occasion. Drawn well if she’s close enough to strike in the straight, lookout!

RACE 4 No.3 Bundyandcoke

Racing on a wet track tomorrow at Doomben, hopefully we can get back into the soft range after a ton of rain early in the week. We know this in form galloper from the Sunshine Coast will handle whatever he’s faced with having won his past couple on heavy ground here over 1200m. Nice & strong to the line at the end of each the 1350m won’t pose a problem.

RACE 9 No.6 Lashes

No big odds about this NSW trained mare however she still looks good value to me at her current quote. Her numbers are head and shoulders above any of her rivals going around in this race and she handles the wet ground well. Dropping from Listed and Group company her past couple back to a Class 6 she appears extremely tough to beat.
