Race 1

GOT YOURSELF A GUN has been jumping out well for his debut. CAPPER THIRTYNINE had excuses on debut, he resumes gelded and has also been jumping out well. THE SHAPER chased strongly in a recent trial. MARCHING looked quite sharp in a recent jumpout. Most of the debutantes have shown something.

Race 2

LEGIO TEN resumes gelded, his overall form is solid and he’s been jumping out in good style. KUSINI showed good fight to break her maiden las start and is likely to make her own luck again. THE PRODIGAL SON showed talent in his first preparation and looked good winning a recent trial. BENCOOLEN has jumped out nicely to resume following his dominant maiden victory.

Race 3

BOOMINARTE and BOH RHAP resumed in the same race, there was merit in both runs and 1400m looks suitable. ACTAEON ran well first up on testing ground at Warrnambool. TORRANZINO made good late ground around the tight Horsham track first up and should appreciate a more spacious circuit.

Race 4

GLENS TOP CAT has always given the impression he would need 2000m+ to break through and finds a suitable race. KNENTII was outclassed last time but his previous effort was sound for this. KEEVS looks a genuine stayer and may control the tempo. HIS ZEDNESS gives the impression he will appreciate this trip.

Race 5

CAPTAIN ENVIOUS hasn’t fired this campaign but he drops in grade with a claim and gets blinkers off. A number of his earlier runs are clearly good enough to win here. FRENCH MOON ran well at Warrnambool and will strip fitter third up. HEREFORAGOODTIME stuck on bravely after covering ground at Warrnambool. MYSTERY ISLAND looks the other key hope dropping back from the Warrnambool Cup.

Race 6

Even race. JEZOULENKO will strip fitter for a good fresh run, she can make her own luck and gets a tongue tie on. TAPO rises in grade following her first up maiden victory and the form around her previous runs has held up ok. NICCOLITE posseses a good burst of acceleration and should be charging late on the fresh side.  CELESTIAL HARBOUR might need some luck from the draw, but she knuckled last start and her subsequent effort was full of merit. EVERGLADE and ZEMINNIKA have claims in an open race.

OENOLOGY ran well first up and looks suited by the slight increase in distance. PUNCH LANE has trialled well since his dominant maiden victory. SIR JUGGERNAUT should secure a good run and his best could see him figure. JUDESTAR ran well last start and should appreciate another relatively firm surface. LAFILIO looks the other key hope following his dominant maiden victory here last start.

SERENAUR is racing in great form, he drops back slightly in trip but should be suited by what appears to be a solid tempo. EAGLES CRAG has been a little frustrating but looks well placed in this grade on realtively firm gorund. TURF DECISION is building a good record in SA and looks suited stepping up to 1300m on a spacious track. TURBEAU has been jumping out well to resume and seems well treated in this class after the claim. THE ART OF FLYING and GARGANTUAN (fourth emergency) have claims.
