After the claim of Luke Campbell she carries the exact same weight 10 days later and meets a very similar (even weaker) field. Should be hard to beat again. MASTER BUDDHA finished third in that same event and Tash Faithfull should be able to roll to the top. HAS NO FEAR can be hit and miss but seems to go well at these types of circuit. KAYLANI ran well after a freshen. She’s an 8 year old but she’s never raced better. Numbers: 2 – 3 – 5 – 6 Suggested Bet – DANUBE RIVER WIN RACE 2 AL TINA has promised to win a maiden for seasons. This is about as weak as it gets – a 1900m maiden handicap and with very little confidence she’s the way we’ll tip. Drawn to get every mortal hope from the inside barrier and 2200 back to 1900 should be of assistance. SOCIAL IMPACT will see Tash Faithfull earn her riding fee. She needs the kitchen sink (and half the living room) thrown at her in her races as she switches on and off. Needs to really wind-up. At a track like Narrogin she’ll either run last or win by a space. Don’t think there’s much between. New stable immediately puts Ear Muffs on. CLASSADO ran well last start this track and distance. WHAITIRI is almost out of chances. Numbers: 5 – 3 – 2 – 7 Suggested Bet – AL TINA EACHWAY RACE 3 WESTERN IMPACT finished second to Talking Heads first-up. Talking Heads has since come out and won a 52+ at York, Commanding Officer has finished a nose second since and Adelante has since won out of that race. Looks the obvious form reference to follow. WHO BE WHATEE is a 3 year old on debut for Team Peace. He won a 400m jump out and then finished second over 950m at Lark Hill. No surprise to see him contest the finish on debut. PACIFIC BOXER finds this a fair bit easier than running behind Desert Nymph. Put in a real eye catcher at 100-1 in that event. OUR GIRL BORAM has some speed. Numbers: 3 – 6 – 2 – 9 Suggested Bet – WESTERN IMPACT WIN RACE 4 MANAVENDRA won an 1100m maiden first-up last preparation beating home Grey Mistress (subsequent maiden winner). Then went to a C1 and was beaten narrowly by Canni Coni (races first-up at Pinjarra on Wednesday). Will need to get out at some stage in the straight but the trial was alright and this looks a similar level to his maiden win first-up last preparation. IZZY MAY is always going to get back in her races but she can wind-up strongly late down the hill. FIRE ANT hasn’t’ been seen since winning at Mingenew. She measures up. THE ANVIL is not quite racing at his best at the minute. Numbers: 3 – 4 – 6 – 1 Suggested Bet – MANAVENDRA WIN RACE 5 RHAPSODY STAR was first-up off 697 days when holding out Izzy May in a 46+ at Narrogin. Incredible training performance by Annie King to get her up and see no reason why she won’t be hard to beat in the exact same race 10 days later. Remarkable. BAYZEL is suited to 46+ grade. It’s considerably weaker than the C1s she has been contesting for 12 months. RAKIURA is on the 3 day spin around from York on Monday. Seems to go lengths better on the tighter tracks. KIMOIY an improver. Far better suited here and a good use of the ZJP claim. Numbers: 3 – 7 – 1 – 2 Suggested Bet – RHAPSODY STAR WIN RACE 6 VALLEY OF QUEENS looks to have found her best race since joining the stables of Lucy Fiore. Fourth in a 60+ behind Aiyza, Mosquito and Sneaky Fox, third behind Awesome Chatter and subsequent winner Wee Ripper and then fourth behind Comealilbitcloser, Silver Bugg and subsequent winner Here For Cheques. If she runs out 1900m she should be too strong for these. CABLE GUY won this track, distance and grade 10 days ago. He’s the logical danger to Valley Of Queens. IMA SLY FOX is not an easy horse to follow or to catch. Has some ability but his best and worst are 30L apart. ODDONEOUT has rewarded very patient connections with a Kojonup and Pingrup Cup this season. Numbers: 4 – 1 – 6 – 2 Suggested Bet – VALLEY OF QUEENS WIN RACE 7 STRAWBERRY MIST looked a special last start dropping back into this 46+ company and didn’t let punters down. She has the outside gate and an extra 2kg on her back but they should start to roll from the 1000 and then Jerry Noske can join the moving line and wind up into it. SCENIC STRIKE was backed as if unbeatable last start at Albany and while it wasn’t pretty viewing for the first 1200m once he saw some daylight he burst through late to record a soft maiden win. This is not much tougher. JAFETICA is a real staying type. She’ll be put into the race at some stage. FAMILY CONNECTION is going well. Numbers: 5 – 2 – 4 – 9 Suggested Bet – STRAWBERRY MIST WIN Quaddie (Race 4 – 7) 3,4,6 1,3,7 1,4 2,4,5 Market Market
