Race 1 – No. 7  Bust Or Boom

Slick beginner who produced his best effort so far in 4 efforts, leading all the way in 22.75. Tricky draw but another quick jump should see him go back to back.

Race 3 – No. 1  Steampunk Wolf

Has struggled from awkward draws at his past couple but prior to that he was narrowly beaten in two podium finishes from this draw and similar. Prepared to give him one more chance back in a suitable box.

Race 12 – No. 2  Equity Fund

Right back down in grade again and will appreciate the favourable draw. Capable of turning his form around and making his first start for his new trainer a memorable one.

Each Way:

Race 5 – No. 8  Proper Charlie

Runner up in 4 of his past 6, all at juicy odds. Prefers it closer in but won’t find this as tougher a recent line ups and is capable of figuring prominently again.

Race 1 – No. 1  No Vacancy

Big winner from this very draw two runs ago, leading all the way in a PB of 21.79 and saluting by 6 lengths. Had no luck last start from the opposite side of the draw but she can make amends back in her favourite rug.

Race 3 – No. 1  Pixie Monelli

Her record from the draw is a concern but she will appreciate the easier company and will be aided by a few modest beginners drawn to directly on her outside. If she pings, she’ll take plenty of running down.

Race 6 – No. 3  Polly’s Ariana

Won three in a row in good time in July before finishing no closer than midfield in another three since. Freshened up and should find this line up more to her liking. Will be doing her best work late and looks hard to hold out.

Each Way:

Race 4 – No. 1  More Deductions

Mixing form and hasn’t won since July but he showed he is working up to a win with a strong 2nd behind TOMMY SHELBY (5) in their heat last week when taking ground off him at the finish. Drawn ideally and can cause the upset.

Race 4 – No. 7  Wild Tony

Didn’t let the opportunity go to waste last start when gaining a run as a reserve, pinging to the front and racing away to score by nearly 4 lengths. Has a similar draw for this and looks hard to run down again.

Race 5 – No. 7  Lady Baba

No luck in her most recent outing when finishing down the track over this trip in late August. Prior to that she finished no further back than 2nd in 5 runs in a row and should make her presence felt in this open line up.

Race 12 – No. 2  Abbey Siobhan

In form and possesses a good record at the track and distance. Has drawn to use her early toe and should be in this for a mighty long way.
