Race 2 – No. 2  Falcon Nine

Unplaced in both runs so far when well supported in each, both from this very draw over the longer journey at Cannington. Well-bred and trial form was solid. Might appreciate the drop in distance and can turn it all around in this.

Race 5 – No. 6  West On Grit

Has been mixing form since a recent placing in FFA company over this journey. Will find this more to his liking and with another swift exit, he can prove too strong at the finish.

Race 8 – No. 3  Kinjarling

Has a rare inside draw over the trip and a couple of modest beginners to his inside so he should be able to find the early lead. Will need to be strong at the finish but if he pinches a break, he should be able to hang on.
