Speedy beginner who broke through for the first time in three WA starts from this draw last week when leading all the way in 27.95. Faces her toughest test but she can go on with it now.

Race 8 – No. 7  Aurora Maya

Yet to miss the podium from this draw with a win and three seconds from 4 tries in black. Has the early toe to cross from out wide and should be in this a long way again.

Race 11 – No. 6  Nothing Ventured

Another who likes a wide draw and the speed to cross to the front. Has had no luck in his past three outings over varying trips and is capable of making amends now he has dropped half a grade.
