Race 8 – No. 4  Aston Casino

Overcame trouble in running to break through for his first WA win, saluting on debut over this trip in a solid 22.05.This field has more depth but it would not surprise to see him go on with it now he has the taste again.

Race 9 – No. 4  Chevy Nova

Led for a long way last week when ultimately settling for second but returning to some kind of form, posting a sound 30.29. That may be the confidence booster she needed. Can go one better in this with a similar effort.

Race 10 – No. 2  Stone Cold Olly

Has been on a hot streak with a hat trick of wins at varying tracks and distances of late. Drawn favourably for his return to 520m and should prove hard to run down once he works his way to the top.
