Harry Buchanan’s Tuesday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on October 24, 2023October 24, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 6 Spare Me Starting the night with a blowout. Playing for a little luck but his slow starts could work for him here. Wasn’t entirely bad last start and it was a harder race. Spec he gets a first turn fence run here at big odds. He will keep coming. Race 5 No. 7 Maximum Carnage Better boxed off the track and that’s what cost him last time as he tried to get to the middle. Leader was off and gone but he stuck on strongly after that. A clean step will see him muster around and put himself in this. Can figure. Race 8 No. 3 Extreme Rock Strong effort last time when winding up to run 2nd at his first go track and trip. Slow starts have been hindering him but he is good in a field and will again threaten if he’s close up the back here. Hits the frame with any luck at all. Race 10 No. 3 Ice King Finally gets his crack at masters. Has good box manners most days and a lovely turn of foot of the mat and he’s drawn to go straight for the arm here. Still racing well in graded company and his best step will see him the one to catch here. Race 11 No. 8 Vander Colin and No. 6 Abigail Gundi The 8 will spear around and look for a spot into the back. Handles wide draws and this corner start and is racing well and is a 4 time winner from wide boxes. The 6 will dart out and she could rush over here and take the arm. Solid track and trip record and can break 22 on the lure. Consider her in this. Race 12 No. 1 Raining Cash For a dog with a very steady strike rate, she has raced out of her skin her last few. She could stun these if she can push up and the leaders come together at any stage. Is hitting the line hard and running time for this grade and could shock these to hit top 2. She’s going better than most think. Market Market
