She steps only with them but goes very fast off the mat. With what’s inside, she can spear down the outside to the first turn and take over. Won’t be run down on the arm if she gets it. Race 6 No. 4 Manila Aurora Good effort last time. Best chance here is to come out running to miss the 3. If she lands close up the back, her 500m strength will stand her in good stead here. Shouldn’t miss the frame at the good EW price. Race 7 No. 3 Global Plan Not sure how many more I can give him. It’s not that he’s racing poorly, he is just a step out of his right grade lately. That is rectified here. This is winnable. He needs to get there before the top turn and he can win. Can blow the start and get wide but has a lot of talent. Must produce here. Race 10 No. 8 Rubble Another one we are looking for to spear down the outside. This bloke has much better box manners though and can lead. Great record off the draw and placed half his runs track and trip. Gets his chance now. Any inside trouble only helps and he will be prominent from the get go. Race 11 No. 2 Ash The Flash Her only issue here is the amount of short coursers throwing the dice over 500 here. If she can get through it or around them, they won’t stop her. She is clearly the best 500m dog here but could meet roadblocks. If she finds the arm, find your ticket. Race 12 No. 6 Ice King and No. 5 Whiskey on Rocks The 6 could lead this. Should he do that, it becomes very interesting as he can take some catching. Well boxed wide here and can swoop around and take it up. The 5 will probe for runs and if she gets them, nothing hits the line harder. Should hit the frame with any luck. SANDOWN PARK Race 8 No. 7 Aston Tango Race in two. This is simple. She should find the arm relatively quickly. Then it’s a matter of where Great Guy is. If he’s close, she’s gone. If not, they won’t catch her. She can sneak away with this over the sprint trip. Race 9 No. 2 Golden Ratio She can give this fav a bit to think about. Small field suits perfectly and she races well here track and trip. Very strong and hits top 2 with clear running. Race 10 No. 2 Dotty’s Gift No excuses here. Best dog in this race and distance ideal. Should lead or sit close and would be too strong. Good effort 2 back and a repeat of that will see her score here. Boxed to win. Market Market
