Harry Buchanan’s Sunday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on January 21, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 3 No. 6 High Level Been racing with very little luck recently and that can change here. If she can rediscover her old box manners she will skate up quickly out wide and take a lot of stopping late. Capable and looks ready to produce. Betting an EW price so she is the best EW play all day. Race 6 No. 8 Sure As Brother Came out much better last start after completely bombing the start twice in his previous runs. May be one run short for the trip but he’s got some ability for this grade and company and it’s not a hard race to figure in. Small EW spec here. Race 8 No. 6 Escapologist She’s a great show here. Coming out of much tougher races than this, she is well boxed wide, has a crasher inside her and can get some room to get into her work. Will drop on these turning with any sort of luck at all and nothing will close off faster. EW all day and will give her backers a proper sight. Race 10 No. 2 Silly Old Bear and No. 7 Scientist The 2 is drawn perfectly here. Hard railing type who has taken to this new circuit well and in a race full of wide runners. He will funnel his way along the rail to hit the frame here if he steps well enough. The 7 is a good honest type and he could punch up out wide here and get into it early. Will need a good bit of work at box rise to miss the wide runners but will keep coming if he doesn’t get across quickly. Keep in mind. The 2 place heavy will get the nod here though. Market Market
