Steps cleanly and gets himself up there early. Sticks on and can land right on or near the arm here. Won’t be easy to mow down, no matter who is chasing him. Great EW show here. Race 5 No. 4 Pudding Monelli Derby heat and this bloke should ice these like a deep freeze if he is allowed to run, and with this map, he will be running. Simply much better and faster than these and can unleash stupid sectionals when his foot comes off the clutch. Only a severe amount of bad luck will stop him and while he’s short enough, he is the right quote and should justify it. Race 10 No. 8 Rippin’ Grace String finishing type over this trip and while 600m is her best trip, the smaller field and the few dogs in this that need the arm means she will get a chance to run on. Lacks brilliance and class but makes up for it with her grinding, rail hard style. Race 11 No. 1 Lima Monelli One more go. Clearly the strongest stayer but with a mind of her own and lack of urgency to get into the race early. Will again be chasing this fav and while the rest are suspect stayers at the very most, she only has to get involved well before the back straight to make a race of this. Her last chance to hit top 2. THE MEADOWS Race 2 No. 1 Fabs Max Potato Got the job done last start but wasn’t impressive. However he may have got the arm too soon as he is much more used to coming from back and descending. Didn’t put them away like he should have but will still play a part here. Frame player with luck off the good draw. Race 3 No. 5 Money And Power Huge bolter here and he’s not out of this. Has won here before beating a good field at monster odds. Can step and show speed and sticks on strongly. Goes well at the track too. Don’t dismiss him. He can do something if he steps. EW spec play here. Race 5 No. 1 My Catalina and No. 5 Jigglypuff The 1 had no luck over the long trip but was still credible and ran on. Well boxed here and with a few dogs outside her with pace, they can run cover early. Hits the line hard. The 5 was actually quite good last time. She is a smokies play EW here and will be hitting the line again. Race 6 No. 3 Fabs Vegetable Drops on to the fence again here and replicates his usual pattern. Strong through middle and home and only needs a clean look up the back and he’s a threat here. Won’t be too far back this time and is a major player. Race 7 No. 5 Midnight Rocker This is a bet!!! Just a massive quote about a dog who can run time and is right up to these. Hasn’t won here but placed and had genuine excuses a few times. Map is ok too even from the middle. If he can just step his best he can land there and is very strong late. Tremendous EW play with an ounce of luck and best bet. WENTWORTH PARK Race 3 No. 1 Cumbria Days Again draws the red and with a vacant outside him, he gets all the room here to land much closer and start that big run of his up the back. Hits the line hard and a repeat of last week will see a top 2 show here. Race 6 No. 3 Tiger Jack Exhilarating performance last week when setting the track alight at the Gardens going quicker than the feature race final. Back to a better track here will see him excel again and improve even more. Has come back enormous and is a huge threat here. Race 9 No. 3 Elle Yeah Finally gets a draw closer to the fence. The last time this happened she won an Egg semi in 29.6 and delivered a career best. Not a bad map here and her run last week was both unlucky and good. Can get into it this week. Great EW hope.
