Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on February 9, 2022February 9, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 8 No. 1 Sunset Givenchy and No. 6 Wood Fire The 2 dropped a 5.43 to the mark last week so a repeat sees him the red a charmed run to the first turn. The 1 has his box and if he can slide up early along the fence and not be caught back and buried, then he comes right into play. Big last section. The 6 is the smokie. He took ground off the 2 last week and he isn’t badly drawn here. He can settle up behind the lead and push through late for a bid. Backing both each way to hit top 2. Race 10 No. 3 Owl Thunder In a race that’s limited, he gets his chance to find the arm and victory here. Most of these struggle to run 22.2 and if he finds the top, they shouldn’t be able to get near him. He does have to get on the lure quickly though. If he does, it’s his to lose. THE MEADOWS Race 7 No. 3 Emani Bale She simply should be winning in this company. While she is highly enigmatic, these do not have her last section that much better dogs haven’t been able to hold off in the past. A clear run in the small field is all she needs. Her best will see her win easily, or running 2nd at worse. A top 2 bird if the real Emani turns up. GAWLER Race 12 No. 5 Emerley Together and No. 2 Benitoite The 2 can lead here and if she does, she’s a different dog on that arm. Will give a sight and this class is more to her liking. The 5 only has to bring his best 531m form to be the one they al have to hold out. Has raced much tougher opponents than this and a trouble free run sees him charging over them late. Backing both to knock this fav over. Market Market
