MANDURAH

Race 5 No. 5 Mohican Mistress and No. 8 Safari Train

The 5 needs the arm to produce her best but I think she can almost find it here. Delivers much better sectionals when out and clear. The 8 has raced much better dogs but needs to offset this horror draw. Has been stepping so she can spear around here. That would make her a serious threat if she sweeps to the front.

Race 6 No. 6 Voulez Monelli and No. 7 Bravo Monelli

The 6 is a little underrated and can give a sight in this. Has a super record here and rarely out of the money. Expect a forward showing. The 7 hasn’t done much lately but he plummets in company here as opposed to what he’s been racing and can improve drastically. Will look to descend late. Don’t ignore.

Race 7 No. 8 Classic Style

She has a good win in her this dog. Can’t secure any early luck lately and the day she does, we will see the best of her. Box can only assist here and looking for her to step and muster hard out wide to cross. Good EW hope with any luck.

Race 9 No. 6 Pauline Keeping

First look here but track will suit and will be prominent if she can offset this draw. Some good efforts at Cannington and has good NSW form for a race like this. Kennel going well and can deliver a knockout blow.

MURRAY BRIDGE

Race 6 No. 6 Testarossa Boy

Resuming from a short let up and this is very winnable for a dog with his class over this field. One look at his form-line says he’s thrown in to this. His best gives these touch up and he has good record here. If he’s ready, he wins.

Race 7 No. 2 Claretown George and No. 3 Helmet Giblet

The 2 is a hope here. He has a consistent track and trip record and can run the time to win this comfortably. Has raced some serious straight trackers in the past and is a silly quote. The 3 is desperately looking for more ground and has been for some time. He no longer has early or mid race speed to win around a corner over the short trips but the lack of the depth in this and the fact it’s up the straight means he can get into this late. Small save to square on him.

Race 8 No. 3 Woodside Zulu and No. 7 Denzell Bale

The 3 has an explosive turn of foot off the mat and can sustain it for a very long time up this straight as evidenced by his last start. He also gets the draw from the fairies with the widest runner ever outside him. Should be winning. The 7 is a different dog up the straight. Seems to deliver every time and can run a race and worth a small spec save EW.
