Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on October 3, 2022October 3, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch NORTHAM Race 6 No. 5 Princess Emmy Giving her one last chance in this company and the fact this track should suit her. Putting a line through the last run as there were dogs beaten in that race that shouldn’t have been. She must produce her Cannington form here however. Can hit top 2 if she leads. Race 7 No. 3 Jaxon’s Journey and No. 5 Production The 3 will go fast if he steps and he’s found form again. Will be hard to catch on the arm. Has good form here as well. The 5 will be probing for runs but he can sprint well fresh and is not to be ignored here. Can surprise. Race 8 No. 7 Wise Suffolk and No. 5 Settle Gretel The 7 couldn’t quite hold the arm last start. One last chance to find the top here and go all the way. The thorn will be the 5 who also has early pace and is racing well in tough company. One of them should be leading here and subsequently go all the way. Race 9 No. 8 Mystify and No. 1 Lil Miss Olive The standout quinella of the day for mine. The 8 was huge in the Northam Cup final and will charge home again here against much easier opposition. The 1 was equally good in that same final and gets the plum draw here. She will show some dash early. Should they navigate around a few roadblocks here they will go top 2. Race 10 No. 6 Larkin Monelli The Northam Cup winner who could have won it by further had the kennel mate not insist on sharing his life secrets with him through the run. Charged home and looks set to descend again here. Stepped much better than usual last week to show he has taken to this circuit perfectly. Boxed ok here with a jam up inside. Will get his chance to show he is the best dog in the race. Danger in 1 but the 3 crashes left quickly. Race 11 No. 4 Kiwi Collection and No. 5 Dashing Onyx The 4 has almost led a few times off bad draws so a little closer in this week gives her that chance again. She can go all the way if she holds the arm. The 5 will get a cart in off that and present to win at some stage. EW plays for both. ANGLE PARK Race 3 No. 7 Springvale Dave Back to the shorter trip but may not be that bad here. He wants across quickly and navigated a path to the fence last week when winning to show he can handle all draws. If he lands close he can win this. Race 5 No. 2 Dash Of Blue and No. 8 Springvale Bray The 2 has a big motor when wound up and his map doesn’t look that bad here. If he lands handy into the back he can run home into the placings. The 8 continues to find trouble but gets a go off this box as he can stay wide and muster. Sticks on well and not without a chance here. Both dogs EW place heavy hopes Race 7 No. 6 Makani Girl and No. 8 She’s Fired Up The 6 can lead here and she will be much harder to catch over the short trip. Don’t dismiss her against these. The 8 will also dart up quickly and if she happen to get the sweep around she also can go on to win. Don’t underestimate either dog here. Race 8 No. 4 Saint Candy and No. 8 Elope To Paris The 4 is very capable of leading here and she won’t be for catching if she does. She keeps putting in against much harder opposition and steps well most starts. Looking to find the arm here. The 8 will muster up out wide and with a ton of pace inside and crashing over, she can loop around here and put herself into a winning spot. Don’t ignore. Race 10 No. 2 Barefoot Rebel Racing well and has a lovely gear change up the back that he sustains to the line. Gets the good trail here and can unleash some big sections that these will have trouble stopping. Big show and shouldn’t miss top two. Market Market
